United KingdomThe property could do with a little upgrade. The air conditioning vents were dripping water. Some of the breakfast buffet equipment could do with an upgrade. However, the small issues did not dampen the wonderful experience. The very polite staff were always happy to assist and the food was excellent.
The property was very spacious. We got a complimentary upgrade. We booked the one bedroom villa but got a two bedroom villa on arrival. Made the space even bigger. Property was tidy, staff were very courteous, the food was perfect and the location was excellent.

CanadaIf I really had to criticize one thing it would be the cost of the alcoholic beverages especially since they were always very light on the alcohol. As well, it was always cheaper for us to reserve our taxi on our own or on-line compared to the taxi services offered by the resort.
Our family of five stayed in a 3-bedroom butler villa . We were very impressed with the butler service, the friendliness and hospitality of the staff and the quality of the food at all the restaurants. The beach was beautiful and we always found a lounge chair and umbrella to stay under. The water sports were fun and always available and accommodating to our needs. The multiple pools were all lovely. The walkway around the marina was always a pleasant sight.

United StatesWe were disappointed to find that many of the dining options were limited to expensive buffets, with few à la carte meals available—something that wasn’t clearly explained on the website when we were planning our budget. Since we didn’t choose the all-inclusive package, this made meals more costly than expected. Outside of the Asian restaurant, there weren’t many other food options, and the beachside restaurant wasn’t open daily, which limited variety even more. Drinks were also quite overpriced. Additionally, the pool area lacked atmosphere for most of our stay. Aside from one enjoyable day with a live steel drum performance, there was rarely music playing. Background music during the day would go a long way in creating a more vibrant, vacation-like experience.
We loved the room, facilities, and beautiful beach. The food was also very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

United KingdomThe taxi service is quite expensive — we paid USD 20 for a five-minute ride to a nearby restaurant. That said, it seems to be the standard rate in St. Lucia.
This resort exceeded our expectations. They offer free Pilates and yoga classes every day, which was a fantastic way to start the mornings. There are also complimentary tennis and padel courts available for booking — a great bonus for active guests. Our suite was spacious, spotlessly clean, and clearly well maintained. We especially enjoyed the silent disco on Wednesday night — such a fun and unique experience! Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. Rodney Bay Beach, where this hotel locate, is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever visited — soft white sand and calm, clear waters made it perfect for relaxing and swimming. To top it all off, I booked a romantic beachside dinner to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and it was absolutely lovely — a truly special and memorable evening.

United KingdomIt’s a good two hour transfer from airport (nothing you can do about that) but we felt a bit isolated. As the Jazz festival was going on there was not much of an atmosphere in the actual hotel lobby/bar. Often we were the only ones there. We went out a few nights and days and had fun though so all in all a lovely holiday.
Our apartment was fabulous and as big as our house almost!! Great facilities as we could wash and dry our clothes. A 5 min walk to the beach but if you didn’t want to walk buggies were available. Staff were wonderful and all so polite and helpful.
