Food and staff at times felt limited due to the all-inclusive nature. During busy pool times, the pool bar is usually quite slow with few bartenders, and the food options while diverse were not as good as one would hope if you were to pay the listed prices for the food (at least compared to other restaurants and locations on the island we stayed at). The beach is very small and there are competing resorts who get to put the chairs closer to the water so you could be far in the back depending on the day. Coconut trees on beach were beautiful but dangerous, watched three coconuts fall around beach-goers while there on a windy day. Many of the excursions were more expensive than at other locations and ground transport was very expensive (charged 160$ for an hour "transport" compared to <80$ for a taxi service). Recommend booking independently for most excursions through a different agency as you will find better deals.

Really good value overall. Easy to take water-based excursions, and a good selection of food for the size. Nice amenities and helpful staff. Our AC broke in the evening and a technician was able to fix it at 9 PM so that we could sleep in a cool room without moving - this level of service would be impossible at most locations. Fun to stay in a marina and experience the boat traffic and views.

The hotel staff were excellent keen to help and available. A thank you to Neil our Butler and Vijay the restaurant manager who were both prepared and showed willingness to make our stay memorable. We had some lovely conversation with Ernie the security. Easy access to the beach which is a short hop by boat provided as a complimentary service by the hotel

We had quite a bit of rain, no umbrellas in the rooms or available from reception. The rooms need some mats by the doors as when it rains the floor gets very slippery. The sauna wasn’t working, only found out when we went to use it. Service was a little slow and often staff were just standing around, so a little frustrating.

Loved the location, the views are beautiful. Great food and drink selection and the staff were very friendly.

One of the best all inclusives we have ever experienced. Luxury at every turn— totally relaxing, and the staff went out of their way to care for us. We will definitely be back. Thanks especially to Natalia, Alison, and Ryan at the beach! PS the Caribbean food at the Hurricane Hole was the standout for us!

Our 2 night stay at Zoetry was amazing! I would definitely recommend going there. The staff was welcoming, the food was 10/10 and the views from our ocean view suite were to die for. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Menu was in the restaurant we liked was pretty much same every day. Facility is a little rough in some areas showing the result of being in a hot, moist, tropical environment. Also water pressure was a little wonky in our suite. For price was expecting a pristine facility.

The gem and value of this property were the staff. Warm, friendly, engaging. They aim to please and exceedingly so. Liked there were local offerings for food. Lots of different options. Overall property is beautiful and stay relaxing and rejuvenating.
