We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in St. Lucia. From the moment we arrived, Hazel and Colin made us feel incredibly welcome. They were not only kind and friendly but went above and beyond to ensure our trip was smooth and memorable. They were always available to help with planning our activities, recommending fantastic spots to explore, such as Pigeon Island, the nearby beach at Calabash Cove and even guiding us to the nearest supermarkets when we needed to stock up on groceries. No matter what we needed, Hazel and Colin always had a solution ready with a smile. Thanks to their hospitality, our stay was easy, relaxed, and full of amazing experiences. We truly felt at home, and we are so grateful for their warmth and support throughout our visit. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting St. Lucia — we would come back in a heartbeat!

The apartment was perfect but most of all was the host Hazel and Colin were wonderful on hand 24/7 and ready to assist with anything. One of our best stays in St Lucia. Incredibly well equipped, everything you could possibly imagine was there. It was really hard to leave because it was so comfortable, inviting, welcoming, and spotless. The apartment's location is great within a lovely, quiet green cocoon, the pool area is clean and a welcome relief from the heat! Hazel is an absolute gem of a host who responded to all our questions and queries very promptly with great patience. Her local knowledge is second to none. We absolutely recommend Kay Nou and would happily book again in the future. Thank you so much once again Hazel and Colin.

We loved everything

It was brilliantly located with fabulous views from the pool area. Peaceful yet easy to get to places. It was exceptionally comfortable and well appointed. Anything you could need was there. The pool was clean and a great size. The close beach accessed through calabash cove was an absolute beauty. And finally the hosts, Hazel and Colin were the nicest people who go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be. They made it feel like a home from home.!

We had a very pleasant stay! The hosts are very kind and helpful people, they did groceries before we arrived and answered every question we had. The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. We loved hanging out at the pool and watch the amazing view. The location is very nice it is close to Rodney Bay and Castries. Also the apartment is located in a laid-back area so you can easily unwind. There are some beautiful beaches closeby.

My recent stay at Kay Nou Apartments in St. Lucia was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Hazel and Colin, who proved to be extremely friendly and attentive hosts. When our hairdryer stopped working, Colin promptly fixed it,m. They both worked so hard to ensure guests having a comfortable stay. Initially, I was skeptical about the numerous five-star reviews, wondering if they might be exaggerated. However, after experiencing it firsthand, I now understand why Kay Nou Apartments consistently receives such high praise. The apartment is meticulously maintained, spacious, and perfectly located for exploring the north side of the island. Its proximity to major attractions made our sightseeing adventures incredibly convenient. Hazel was incredibly helpful, providing valuable recommendations and tips for exploring the area. Her insights greatly enhanced our experience, allowing us to discover hidden gems and make the most of our time on the island. One of the most memorable moments was lounging on the lounge chair by the pool, watching our kids play while taking in the breathtaking views of the ocean and cruise ships docked at the nearby port. The surreal tranquility of this setting was truly unforgettable. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the bedrooms were cozy and inviting. The pool area was a highlight, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of traveling. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Kay Nou Apartments to anyone planning a trip to St. Lucia. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kay Nou Apartment in St. Lucia, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. We had a wonderful stay at Kay Nou Apartments! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the welcoming atmosphere and the well-maintained property. The apartment was perfect for our family with small kids. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including cooking facilities, a working washing machine, and two comfortable bedrooms. The location was very convenient for getting around, with shops and supermarkets just a short distance away, which made it easy to stock up on essentials. We recommend renting an SUV, as the island's roads can be a bit rough in places. Some beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. Hazel and Collin were not just helpful but also very flexible, making us feel welcome as if we were visiting distant family. They offered great tips on the best local restaurants and how to navigate the area easily. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the apartment nice and cool during the warm weather. We also appreciated the peaceful surroundings, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. A must-visit spot is Calabash Cove, a nearby beach where you can find beautiful seashells. It's peaceful and offers a true Caribbean vibe, perfect for unwinding. We’ll definitely be returning on our next trip!

We enjoyed everything

We loved the large modern comfortable apartment with beautiful pool area and balcony. Both Hazel and Colin greeted us on arrival and were so easy to chat with and friendly with lots of recommendations for eating etc. We loved are 7 night stay and could have stayed longer. Easy walk to a lovely beach and drive to other surrounding areas.

There's nothing I didn't like. My only advice to those visiting, the road to get there is small and a bit rocky as you get closer to the apartment. Its best to drive unless you're a person that likes to walk some distance, as it is a little ways from the main road.

Hazel has been very accomodating even before we got on the island. The view is beautiful. The pool is clean and beautiful, the garden and surrounding area is clean and nice. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped, beautiful and clean! Its great for families especially with children who love to swim, pool toys, floats and swimming aid were available .The photos are definitely what you see is how it is in person. It was definitely worth the price! My family and I truly had a fantastic time there.

Our vacation coming to an end and having to leave, heading back to reality!!

We loved that Hazel and Collin greeted us with the keys and came down to the apartment, showed us around our apartment and explained everything. Collin was very into his gardening which proved that they both take pride in the upkeep of the beauty of the apartment. Hazel brought us some mangoes which were very welcoming on our first night. 🥰 Our apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, lots of storage in the wardrobes to hang and fold our clothes. We were out and about every single day as we knew our way around, Hazel said I hardly see you guys, lol which just shows how much she cares for her guests. We didn't get to make use of the pool as we wanted to, but we did enjoy it one last time the day before we left. Spectacular views from there! Thanks for our stay Hazel, Collin and Phoebe - like we discussed we will be back definitely!! ❣️

Kay Nou is a fabulous 2 bedroom appartment offering the best of both worlds as it's situated in a quiet area near Calabash resort, and just a 10 minute drive from the Rodney Bay area. This spacious, pristine, appartment offers 2 bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, and a large open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area. The well appointed Kitchen has a good sized fridge with decent sized ice / freezer compartment , gas oven, washing machine and microwave, whilst the spacious lounge has 2 x 2 seater sofas. The bathroom consists of toilet, sink and a large shower. Amenities also include secure guest parking, air con, ceiling fans, a safe for valuables, TV apps including Netflix & Prime, plus free WiFi. The appartment has dual English & US voltage electrical outlets throughout. To the rear, off the lounge, is a deck with outdoor chairs and table, overlooking lush bush, this gets sun in the morning, and is shaded in afternoon, with plenty of opportunity to observe birds and other wildlife. At the side of the property is a large pool and gazebo area, complete with inflatables, loungers and gas bbq and wonderful sea views. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the pool area. Hazel & Colin are lovely, very approachable hosts, lending any other items required and helping organise any tours, taxis etc. Nothing is too much trouble and they have good business connections eg reasonably priced car hire and airport transfers, to help you get the most from your holiday. Highly recommended for those wanting a quieter time away from the resorts.

Property: New build modern self contained apartment. The apartment is spotlessly clean with mosquito nets fitted to all the windows and doors. Being a mosquito magnet I didn’t get bitten once during our stay here. Air conditioning in both bedrooms, and two fans in the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped. Amazing views from the on site swimming pool and property. Location: Great location in between Castries and Rodney Bay, with plentiful buses to both locations and beyond (10-15 minutes ride). Walking distance (with kids) to Glace Supermarket. Less than 10 minutes walk to Calabash Cove Resort and beach. There were also two other beaches nearby but we didn’t have time to visit them. The Hosts: Hazel and Colin were very responsive even before we made the booking. We arrived on Good Friday which is a local public holiday with no shops open. Hazel warned us beforehand and even offered to do some shopping for us before our arrival. Hazel has prepared a detailed booklet on how to operate everything inside the apartment, with recommendations and directions to nearby attractions and eateries. After I mentioned that I was surprised there are not many fresh fruits in St Lucia, Hazel gave us a big papaya freshly picked from her garden the next day. We really enjoyed talking to Hazel and Colin, and wished we could stay for a few more days.
