Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Four or five steps down to enter the property which may pose a challenge for some. But there was a railing and ample space to maneuver with luggage.
Everything that we needed for our stay was provided and easily accessible. Rooms were immaculate and comfortable. I also felt safe during our stay.

Tbh, our only área of improvemtent would be the quality of bath towels- they left lint on our skin. Apart from that, the place was indeed 10/10. Value for money. Close to all the hot spots, hassle free. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would return personally for a local staycation.
Place was clean, check in was seamless, host was friendly and welcoming. Thank you very much to the host for our mini staycation. We enjoyed it thoroughly and thank you for your Hospitality.

The blinds and windows were not fully private in the living room area in room 1
I liked that it was a great deal for 2 bedrooms and it was not far from Rodney Bay, the airport or where my appointment was located. The staff who met me was very friendly. All facilities were available. Good size rooms.

They should work on making a combo deal for the taxi and apartment. Or should offer a lower taxi rate to the people that stay at their place. Also, work on adding the place to Google maps and the places that are delivered on the island.

The hill I fear, if youre driving then you're fine , but if you gotta walk up the hill, when you reach the top , you'll see stars and your great great great grand children floating over your head 🥴🥴
The scenery was stunning, it was very peaceful, very demure, nobody bothered us. any questions we had the host answered the phone no matter what time we called her. The energy was impeccable.

The bus availability is poor. Takes a long to time for a bus from the gap

Would have liked to know that walking to the main road wasn’t an option as steep road with no walkways down to the bus point is a challenge.
The facility itself is very clean, relatively secure, more suited to short stays as the location is a little off the beaten track, a hired car or taxi required to go back and forth. The property itself was well maintained, all amenities provided , didn’t really want for anything as all bases were covered and it allowed us to have a short stay in good comfort at a very reasonable price. Would come back but with a hired car.

Getting to the area for the first time seemed longer than 1 minute drive .Thre bathroom soap dispenser wasn't working.However, the place was worth it and will visit again and will recommend your place.
Area is peaceful,cleanliness was on par.we had access to all what we needed.Not forgetting your patience and great customer service with this your business will thrive.Keep up the good work.

The property was great, just in a weird location to get back to after hours. But no issues with the property itself.
The property was better than I expected and pictures don’t do it justice. Location wasn’t far from Rodney Bay by a bus or by walking so I didn’t miss out on much. The staff member was helpful with helping me sort out my payments and giving me some travel tips. The welcome basket kicked my trip off ! Excellent hospitality.

The place is on top of a hill. The going down to the public bus ok, but when you come back to walk up the hill 🥲. Finally we rent a car.
The Ackee Green Rental is very comfortable and clean place. The owners was very kind to us.
