Air con worked well, which kept the mozzies at bay - very important in such a hot place by the side of the Mekong.

A/C was quite weak, but in conjunction with the ceiling fan, it was okay. Hot water was available, but not plentiful. And the plugs were nowhere near the working desk, so I couldn't plug my laptop and work from the desk.

Relatively, very good value for the money. I thought it to be one of the more "upscale" hotels in Don Det. The building facilities were relatively modern, the grounds well kept, and the amenities in the room were generally adequate. Staff was very courteous, attentive, and responsive to any tours, transport reservations, foreign exchange, and other guest services. On-site restaurant was good (their lemonade + mint was exceptional).

There was a gap between the door and the frame so lots of mosquitoes in the room!

Clean property with helpful staff. We used the laundry service and it was good. Great location on the island. The hotel rents bicycles for a reasonable price!

Bathroom drain got blocked by our third day. We didn’t ask them to fix it as we were leaving anyway, I am sure they would have. Slight delay in check in as staff having lunch but we did initially arrive early which probably confused things.

Straightforward room with only a bed and a desk. The bathroom turns into a swimming pool after your shower but this is common in many accommodation. The staff is helpful but not very friendly.

Great location near the pier and the center of the island. Nice working AC and shower with good pressure and temperature. Comfortable bed. During our stay, they added two chairs on every room's terrace so good point for them (it felt lacking prior to that).

Very little in terms of vegan options in the restaurant , so we didn't eat there. This is not uncommon in Laos. Shame because cooking with plants is not rocket science.

The property is very close to the port and within walking distance you find a bike to rent. the property allowed us to keep bags at the property after the checkout. The room is exceptionally big

The drain in our room smelt so bad. Can’t hire anything from the hotel so have to go elsewhere which isn’t a massive problem. Room could’ve had more in it.

There were so many ants, the staff came and sprayed but it was way to many, everywhere. At night when it got dark the flies all surrounds the light just outside and it was a really problem becuase they flew in to the rooms and yeah not great. I am not a fan of moths.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room with air con and loads of storage space. Great location in the heart of town but still quiet. I slept very well. Very good value for money. Useful they take credit card and you can pay the agreed Booking.com price in dollars.

Comfortable guesthouse on the sunrise side of Don Det but less than 5 mins walk to sunset side. Best of both worlds.

We couldnt work out where to check in check out staff were hard to locate as theres not really a main reception area.

We had a good stay, room was good enough and located only a couple minutes from the port and on the main part of the island - just outside you can rent bicycles for cheap to explore more of the island

Construction going on while they service customers. Very dusty. Construction is needed. So it is good that they started renewing the place.

All was good, not perfect though. For this price one of the best accommodations uoungan get in Kratie.

Air con worked the first day but not the second. Wasn’t a big deal because the fan was enough, but not sure why it stopped working. Some of the electrical sockets didn’t work or stopped working while you were using them.

Location was great, room was spacious, everything inside for the most part worked as it was supposed to, and all at a good price.
