The suite was very spacious, and the price was very good. Staff was helpfull. Breakfast was good, it had both savory & sweet sections. The location was very convenient next to the Arbat (main walking street of Shymkent) & near a lot of restaurants. About 20-25 minutes taxi to the airport. The view from the 8th floor window was amazing, especially at night. Would recommend!

No negative observations. I loved my stay at this excellent hotel. If only they could add some facilities like wellness centre or fitness centre.

Exceptionally good breakfast and outstanding restaurant staff made every morning a treat. Special thanks to all the breakfast hosts for their meticulous work. Very helpful reception staff always there and willing to help. I would love to stay here again and recommend it to all those who want to visit Shymkent. Taxi and bus services are only minutes away.

The bathroom has a really large window but it’s only half covered by the curtain. The staff didn’t really speak English but tried their best to be helpful. However the problem can not be solve. Luckily it was ‘pitch black’ outside that window. One elevator didn’t work properly, wouldn’t go to first floor on the other morning.

Locate at the center of the city and it’s close to all the places. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The parking works chaotic! Absolutely disorder as from guests side, as from responsible staff. It is need to take the strong order in the parking as well as Altyn Topchan Restaurant parking - the people in car doesn’t respect pedestrians and blocking all the entrances including main gates.

I have stand here many times during last 10 years. In previous years there was worked very beautiful girls and handsome guys. Hotel has good location and very clean and comfortable. Thanks to all the staff.

This is an excellent hotel in the middle of town. For the price I cannot fault it at all and after spending 3 weeks on travelling the Silk Road it was a pleasure to stay here. Clean modern rooms with air con, a lovely bathroom and all modern amenities. Breakfast was more than acceptable if a little different to what I am used to but there was plenty so no complaints from me
