Smooth check in, special arrangements for breakfasts at night, that's a great gesture. And smooth, complimentary airport drop. We enjoyed it all.

Quite close to the airport. The hotel provides one free transport to/from the airport. I chose to be picked up at the airport. The driver was there holding a card with my name. He was also helpful and patient, waiting for me to exchange cash and getting a sim card. Good service.

There were a few I don't like: - When we arrived in the evening the receptionist were not helpful and a bit offensif - I had to argue and beg to get help for hotel staf to bring our luggages to our room on the 4th floor. - I had to argue again with the Receptionist and the Reservation Manager when requested airport transfer for the following day. Both receptionist and Reservation Manager asked me to pay for it. While in my hotel confirmation booking stated I entitiled for free round trip airport shuttle and I showed this proof to them. At the end I got free airport transfer. (Question to the hotel: But why I had to fight for it?)

Close to the airport, they organised a pick up for me at 4am which made the experience very easy! Comfortable room and check out at 12 meant I could get some sleep.

We had to run the quarter in the shower so long to get hot water we thought we did not have any, and then it suddenly appeared after we had completed our cold showers. When we left the hotel at 2:00 AM to catch a flight, the desk agent wanted to detain us while they went inspect our room. We just left.

It is near a little park in which to walk. The rooms are clean and adequate. The restaurant was excellent.

My stay at the Royal Park Hotel was very enjoyable. The hotel provided everything needed to make my long transfer wait restful and worry-free. The staff on reception were polite, welcoming, and helpful. The room was delightful, super clean featuring a spacious walk-in shower, underfloor heating, and superb bedding. I didn't use the cafe on site but it was there and the food smelt delicious. I would definitely stay there again.

There is no closet for the 'economy' rooms but you are given a small rack to hang your clothes.

Good location for short term stay if you want to be closer to the airport. There is a mall with a large supermarket (Magnum) about 1 km away and another smaller mall next to it which has a food court, a slightly smaller supermarket and some electrical shops. You are given a small bottle of complementary water and there is also a hot/cold water dispenser close to the lifts if you need more. Airport pickup/drop off is an added service which is very much appreciated. The rooms are slightly small but clean and comfortable.

This hotel recycles their tiny plastic bottle for shower gel and shampoo. Noticeably old bottles were used . Other wise a great place to stay.

This hotel is near to the Almaty International airport , probably a good choice for weary travellers or for those came back from long travel outside almaty and ready to fly back to their country of origin. Clean. Friendly staff(the concierge Violetta with excellent english helped my friends and I to procure concert tickets at the Kazakh National Academy of Arts). And provide transport from hotel to airport for only 4000tenge as of 20th Nov 2024). Highly recommended if you're looking for an affordable hotel!

No smart TV and no proper fridge, just one of those mini bar fridges that does not keep anything really cold. Went to have a simple soup in the restaurant and even for that they charged a 10% service fee.

When I went to my room, there was a whole bunch of carpets that were stacked next to my door, not very professional. Room was a good size and the bed was fantastic, To sit by the table and do work was a little awkward. Wifi worked well and the bathroom was a good size. Next to a supermarket and just down the road is an IM which is the Mcdonalds equivalent and they have amazing chicken wings.

The room was a bit small but most importantly the staff was quite unhelpful. When we gave our laundry to clean the staff did not seem to know the prices. When we received the bill in the end we were charged 50USD for a few T-shirts and shorts. The staff refused to help us and said the price was final even though this laundry cost more than the room itself. Beware of their extra services.

The price was good for the location and facilities. Not far from the airport and convenient location for travelling and visiting.
