IranThe room could be cleaned more thoroughly. There was a dead locust under the table besides our bed which was clearly visible, but it was not removed everyday that the room was cleaned!
The luxurious look of the hotel and the Atrium was good for business meetings. Services like breakfast were satisfactory.

KazakhstanWater in the pool was not clean! I was disappointed and it good that I was using my swimming glasses. Second, Pillows were way too soft and really not comfortable. I know that Rixos Kadisha is one of the best place in Shymkent for photography on weddings, but clients of Hotel should be Priority Guest! I was using elevator and some photographers and Bride and Grooms ask me to use next elevator and step out from it…Not nice from any angles! But, staffs should let them know that Hotel Guests are Priority for Hotel not the renting for photos …

We had a wonderful experience at Rixos Hotel. Initially, we had booked a one-night stay, but we were so impressed that we extended our stay for two more nights. The hotel is truly one of the best in the city. The breakfast was delicious, the location was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There were many activities to enjoy, such as swimming in the pool, relaxing in the spa, or having a cigar at the White Horse Bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are considering extending it even further.

KazakhstanThe concierge wasn’t as helpful as we hoped for finding things to do. We were there over central Asian new year (Nauryz) and they didn’t know what festivities were on, so we missed the only event that happened (we walked past it the next day when they were taking apart the stage). The pillows weren’t firm enough for me (they are those down pillows which are incredibly soft but lack any support)
The hotel is very nice and ornately decorated inside. The atrium is beautiful. The pool was great for the kids, especially given the windy and rainy weather we had. Our bedroom was a large family suite on the 5th floor. It was mostly very comfortable.

United Arab Emiratesin our second stay the girl in the reception was really rude , I ask her to change the room because there was bad smell in the room itself , make it full the mini bar because it was empty , I called first but seems like the girl didn’t even tried to fix my problem so I went down to talk to them face to face , so they called to somewhere and she forgot that we was sitting and waiting for her answer in front of her , so general manager ask her why the guests are sitting here and she was like “aaah” and I said u forgot about us ? she was super nervous and I told to manager that in our first stay they have been welcoming us that’s why we back here and he of course fixed everything, changed the room immediately, send us complimentary things which is make us really happy
first day I really like it how they welcome us then next day I checked out because I had things to do in another city and I back to hotel because I was really really happy to see the service there and the hotel it’s self very beautiful and the General manager who have been so welcomed us in our second stay there because I went to to them and I told him everything with what I’m not happy

IndiaIf there is a deposit required at the time of check in, apart from the tariff, it should be highlighted and spoken upon rather than refusing to bill on to the room for any restaurant service availed. In any case, bills for services utilized from restaurant should be billed to the respective room ... which can be taken care of while check out.

A high standard facility. Great restaurant in the hotel, excellent breakfast. SPA center at a high level. Very comfortable rooms, high class interiors, spacious with very comfortable beds.
