Too far away from the city center. No lift.

The room is spacious. Breakfast is good and has a lot of varieties. The receptionists can speak a little english and very helpful especially Fatima. The porter even carry our luggages to the second floor. The hotel allowed us for a late check out at 14:00.

Is it possible for the dining staff to improve on taking initiatives offering other services like cooking a scrabble or omelet egg, etc. Also, the food were not promptly refilled. When coming at past 9:00am, it seems no more food.

The breakfast seems alright but not comparable to what other hotels offer.

I would say the location but this isn’t where you would want to stay if its your first time in Almaty, its in the middle of a residential area away from the downtown. We stayed here for a night because we need to be close to the airport.

Clean, the staff was amazing, you can feel the hotel is old but its well maintained, great value for money.

Price was higher and could have been lower. And there is no lift in the hotel which is 3 storied building. We were on 1st floor hence not much trouble

An amazing stay for a long leisure holiday with family for 7 days. Couldn't have been a better place to stay. Though old but clean and very well maintained property. Excellent staff, good breakfast spread and amenities.

I chose this hotel for the gym, but it was not available when I went there. The pool is very small, I was a bit disapointed. The staff could be more welcoming.

The room was clean, comfortable and quite big. There was a parking for cars. There are some shops around the hotel.

Terrible internet, basically unusable. Water temperature in the shower kept fluctuating from cold to very hot. The restaurant (except for the breakfast) is terribly slow and overpriced.

Non availability of lift, our room was on the 3rd floor and it is not very ideal if you have a lot of luggage. Although the hotel staff were there during check-in to assist us to bring the luggage.

Location was good, near to restaurants and markets in just few minutes walk. The overall feel of the hotel is good and you can go outside within the hotel premises to sit and relax on their mini garden. Iron and ironboard is available inside the room.

We stayed in the 3rd floor and unfortunately there is no elevator only stairs So it is difficult for kids and wife to go and back from the room

I liked everything there, the staff was very friendly and helpful and smiling with us, the food was good there are play ground for kids front of the hotel.
