The hotel is not new, although very clean and bed are great. Considering pricing, you still get more than expect!

I've stayed here before and after staying in a few other hotels in Astana we came back to Prestige. First of all the location, especially if you are travelling with kid: wondeful surroundings, parks, kids entertainment. Staff is wonderful! Staff trully deserve 10++ rating! Breakfast is very good! In general if feel more like staying at home ,rather than a hotel, just quiet, cosy and friendly! Great price /quality ratio

This hotel is in a great location for Astana. Right by the river, and with a bridge to the central park literally outside the front doors. It is in an 'older' part of the city, and there are many coffee shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The main tourist attractions like the National Museum, Baiterak Tower, Khan Shatyr centre are not walkable, but taxis are easily available from Yandex and are affordable. I arrived at 3 o'clock in the morning and had great welcome from the manager. She was always friendly and helpful as were the breakfast room staff Breakfast itself was fine, served on a buffet basis I would happily stay here again and can recommend it as a budget option

I stayed in a very comfortable room. The complimentary breakfast, prepared in a homestyle manner, was absolutely delicious — my compliments to the chef! The receptionist was polite and welcoming. Everything was top-notch. The hotel is located by the Ishim River, and the windows offer beautiful views.

This was one of the best accommodations I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. It was a home away from home. My room was spacious, clean, quiet, and private. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe. I had a view of the river from my room. The WiFi was excellent. The refrigerator worked and I was able to lounge in a clean white bathrobe and slippers. Breakfast was ample, healthy, and delicious- provided by a very talented cook! The location , adjacent to the Ichim River, was excellent and not too far from sightseeing spots. I was sorry to leave this comfortable, homey, hotel!

The architect of the bathroom interior should be sentenced to use only the toilet bowl in this bathroom and no other toilet bowls for a year. Namely, the spacing around the toilet bowl is not sufficient. Similarly, the distance between the wash basin and the glass shelf above it is too short (see photos). There was no safety deposit box in the room.

I enjoyed my time at Prestige! The two ladies from the hotel were very nice and helpful. The location is great - on the riverfront with lots of restaurants and activities. The breakfast was very good. It was also nice to have my room in the ground floor- no climbing stairs. There was always hot water and air conditioning. I would definitely stay here again,

The staff is friendly, the breakfast was good, the neighborhood is quiet and good - not far from the centre, there are some good restaurants around, the price was fair. You can pay with bank card. Wifi wasn't the best but was decent.

This is a perfectly acceptable place to stay. It is steps away from the river walk which is a pleasant place to stroll. The hosts are very nice. Breakfast is not a standout, though standard for the region.

The best breakfast since coming to Central Asia - such delicious choices, all freshly prepared. The location is excellent, next to the river and just short walk to buses to get around the city, and to great places to eat. The room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and a fridge. Good shower pressure with plenty of hot water (the tap needs to run for a while to get hot).
