“The suite was very spacious, and the price was very good. Staff was helpfull. Breakfast was good, it had both savory & sweet sections. The location was very convenient next to the Arbat (main walking street of Shymkent) & near a lot of restaurants. About 20-25 minutes taxi to the airport. The view from the 8th floor window was amazing, especially at night. Would recommend!”

“The hostess of the hotel is very clean and keeps cleaning every day. This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The cabinets are also very good. There are many supermarkets nearby where you can buy food and cook.”
