KuwaitThe only thing is the balcony size in the second floor was a bit small, I wish it was bigger with some chairs and the other thing was the ants in the balcony, I think it also because of the hot weather
The hotel is amazing , clean bedrooms, comfortable bed , the staff are helpful and friendly, I will be rebooking again some time soon , a very chill and relaxing experience, it’s worth every penny.

United KingdomThe Ladies Lounge was the only area where sunbathing was allowed, as being uncovered at the main pool isn’t permitted. While I appreciated having a space to enjoy the sun, the atmosphere felt more like a well-behaved Las Vegas beach club with loud music and a younger crowd. As a middle-aged woman looking to relax, read, and enjoy a bit of sun-lounger service, I felt the hotel was missing an amenity that caters to that quieter, more restful experience.
I moved to this hotel for some R&R after a work trip, having spent the previous nights at a more westernised property. I was in need of some luxury and a quiet, restful sleep—and this place didn’t disappoint. My room was beautiful and spotless, with a very comfortable bed, plenty of bottled water, herbal teas, and a coffee machine. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering something for everyone. Every member of staff I encountered provided top-quality service, and I’d like to give a special shoutout to Abagail and the rest of the bar and pool team at the Ladies Lounge for really looking after me. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS: I was contacted by someone impersonating hotel reservations, asking for my arrival time and bed preference, then sending a fake prepayment link via WhatsApp.
