Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Only that walls are not sound proof
Location is great and everything is near, shops. Cafes, restaurants,,, etc. Internet signal is strong. Employees are friendly, helpful and supportive. special thanks to Karam and Hammad for their great efforts to make our stay comfortable. You will be also getting an internet router / device to connect your devices to a free wifi service. Parking area is available in front of the hotel and also behind it. For sure will stay again in the same place.

Some minor wear and tear in room (eg bedroom door broken, need to push very hard to close). But for the price its still ok.

Although the neighborhood (Reggai) have every essentials you need but it can be noisy from car horns. Window insulation not the best but at night is manageable. The bathroom have no shower room or curtains
Thanks to the hotel manger for him to ensure my comfortable stay. I honestly blown away by the quality and design of the room. Especially the bedroom which is 10/10 from comfy mattress and pillows. I chose this hotel because it was closer wedding I've attended which was 10min drive from the hotel. Convenient and reasonably cheap for one night stay. and close to the Avenues Mall. Also thanks a lot to the manger who lend me portable WIFI which is was super helpful

1. Receptionist made a mistake with the payment, causing extra hassle to sort it out (might be because of night time) 2. Kitchen could be better equipped

Noise from main street was bad due to continuously cars passing even the whole night and window is single glass plate. Perhaps owner can better change to double plated glass windows just as advice

Bathrooms were below expectations especially the bedroom bathroom there is no curtain or glass wall so the water would fill up the bathroom, and there was a bad smell in the bathrooms. A recommendation is to add a sofa bed in the living area instead of the regular sofa.
The location of the apartment was fantastic, close to all the desired attractions. The room size was great. The surrounding facilities were great as well. Great price in comparison with other available properties. Rooms were clean.

- no utensils or cups in kitchen, no plates, no cups literally nothing - very bad sewerage odor from one of the 2 toilets, as I was single I used other toilet so its ok but need to leave fan in toilet 24 hours on to reduce the very bad sewerage smell
clean place value for money reception doesnt speak english but tries their best to help nonetheless at reception they have arabic coffee and dates

But room cleaning problematic takes ages and need to ask several times. Also didnt change towels and need to ask for cup or spoon many times.

Staff were not helpful especially at the reception. I asked them for nearby clinic and their answer was we do not know. I asked them for nearby restaurants and their answer was go check in the network

The address is not clear and I took 10 minutes looking around the building and no signs to show al Danah apartments
The flat is very clean and tidy and the staff is kind and helpful

The apartment is not clean; found hair everywhere; the master bed room’s toilet smell so bad to the point where we stopped using the toilet and used the other one only. The kitchen is not well equipped.
Location is close to popular attractions Services are good; they provided us with a router and extra pillows and blanket.
