- Good value for money. It was the cheapest option in the area. - There is a water kettle and fridge in the room. Also microwaves downstairs in the lobby. - Very quiet and clean. - Wifi and air conditioning works perfectly. - Parking in the building and around the building. - Free laundry. - There is breakfast available but I didn’t use it. It looked very good from what I’ve seen. - Convenience store right in front of the hotel. - Very close to all the landmarks and popular view points. - There is a pool on the roof terrace with a view on the sea. - Staff is very friendly and polite. - Very close to Seogwipo city, max 10 minutes driving to the city center.

The location was very close to a bus terminal so it was easy to get to many places from the hotel. The breakfast was amazing, definitely recommend spending a little extra... plenty of protein and even fruit! I could only hear other guests in the hallway, not in the neighboring rooms so it was very quiet once everyone settled into their rooms.

Very clean hotel. The rooms are very good size and the location is fantastic, whit a lot of restaurants and shops around. The parking is free and the staff very attentive and kind. There was also a free laundry room for the hotel guests.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but most of the restaurants in the area closes early. We had a hard time finding one after 8pm.

Location is good. Walking distance to bus stops, shops and restaurants. Staff was courteous and upgraded our room when we complained the original assigned room has some kind of smell. Liked the comfort of the bed. Room amenities are good.

The room is starting to show its age. It's been renovated, but some of the renovations were a bit haphazardly applied. The shower is kinda cramped, especially with the toilet being right next to it. The door also leaks water (maybe because the door latch is loose?) and I think something was wrong with the hot water heater settings because it just decided to stop heating right in the middle of my shower. The bed is thin, but springy, so it's still comfortable if you sleep on your side. The room's Smart-TV needs to have its settings reset as part of the room reset so other's forgotten accounts aren't abused if they left them logged in on the TV.

The hotel is in a really lovely district and has lots of good restaurants around the area to choose from. One of the hotel staff spoke impeccable English and was able to answer several of our questions about the area. We left our S.Korean compatible plug adapters behind at another location, but the hotel was able to step up and offer us a rental plug for free. The restaurant's breakfast buffet was definitely worth adding on to our booking. Just be mindful of the time (7-9:30am). We tried almost everything on the buffet and enjoyed everything on each day's menu.

The room is too small. Amenities can be improved like complimentary toothbrushes. The spread of the breakfast buffet is quite limited. Surprise to see self cook egg station. I preferto have a chef cooking at the egg station.

Whilst everything was really good it was disappointing the pool was closed and the top floor was not fully in use as it would have added to the experience 🙂

The hotel was very well presented, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptiona,l most of all we were well accepted which told us a lot about the hotel and we're we not disappointed. Fully recommend 👌

Stayed on 2nd floor and the sewage stink was horrible from the toilet room. That room and 2 seperate rooms, bathroom and toilet. I could see someone sealed the sewage but the smell didn't go. Even the gas from the sewage made my throat stingy and couldn't sleep well in night time from the smell.

Staffs were very kind. Good explaination around the area and helpful when I move my room. Breakfast was alright, and the lady looking after the hall in the morning was very kind and good. The hotel location is good, newly developed area so nice and clean restaurants are around there including Emart, a bog supermarket.

Rooftop pool is only operate 10 am to 8 pm. It's so unfair. Because every person is coming hotel after the 8pm. Check-in time is so unfair also. It would be adjust to 12 or 1pm. Rooftop pool is so small. Actually it's kid's pool.. you can't swimming or even poll filters are not working. Water is not clear. They're not provide any toothpaste or toothbrush.

Breakfast buffet is awesome and there's lot of foods to eat in the morning. Front desk is so helpful and kind.

The property suited our needs. Just a simple, no frills stay.

Easy check in and check out. The rooms were decent, beds were firm with a single, small pillow. The aircon in my room dropped constantly resulting in a puddle in front of the tv. The pool was good but is closed on rainy days and is only shallow.

The position of the sockets and the bed was weird. The pool and the rooftop did not match the expectations from the photos. The hallways smelled a bit weird.

The size of the room was good. There was room service every day. It was clean. The location was convenient.
