Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandWe came in the end of February. There was nothing else special about this property. So DO NOT COME DURING WINTER. The pool would have opened in April. We wish the pool or spa was active and maybe if they had a gym it would be more of a resort. I know it was down season but it would have been nice to see the central fire lit in the lobby to make it more of a luxury feel. There was also no shops or convenience stores available within a 5 minute walking distance. I wish we were upgraded to a nicer room even with so little people at the resort. That would have been a nice touch for not having the pool functional. It’s not a resort without a working pool. It’s just a hotel. Ps. Rooms don’t have a microwave or even a nice tea selection. We were also weirdly given 4 small and 2 big towels for 4 adults.
It was spacious and there was enough parking. We got a 2 king size bed option with a lounge and one of the beds were in a separated room so it was like 2 en suites. Staff were really kind and gave us an umbrella to use when it rained really bad.
