The hotel is really clean, the location is great! If you stay in Seoul for some time it's a great option! The staff is friendly as well.

Great service, extremely kind service. Great location with almost np transfers to reach most places in the city. Very nice neighbouhood. Very close to Seoul Station and great to reach KINTEX if you are working there.I highly recommend it!

Coffee in the room would have been a nice touch, but at least there was access to a coffee machine in the building next door.

The location was great, and the beds were comfortable. Convenience stores were located close by to pick up snacks and drinks.

There was no breakfast offered and no washing machine for guests, which could have been useful.

Location was very good, close to metro and bus stops and to Myeongdong neighborhood - but without suffering the noises of the nightlife. Nearby restaurants, bars and 7 Eleven very convenient. The room was cleaned every day, positive note for the comfortable shower!

At least in my room handwashing pool was in the entrance area. It made things somewhat inconvenient at times, e.g. when I wanted to wash hands in the shower room. Also an advice of not flushing toilet paper down the toilet, but disposing it to a special bin, is quite an unusual request at least from a European point of view.

Location was pretty good. Also the shared lounge area at B1 in the Annex building was cool, even though I did not have much time to utilize it.

The lights in the room were flickering, since the hotel was fully booked we couldn't get a room change. After some discussion about it the person at the reception offered a late check out of 1pm rather then a small discount on the room rate. Since it was already late and we were only staying for 1 night i accepted but that was a standard checkout that other hotels offered as well

Expensive for a standardised hotel room, however so were many other hotels.

The Location was good and staff were friendly and accommodating. Daily cleaning and a lounge area on the lower level to warm up food as well as have access to coffee facilities. The bed was comfortable and the size of the room was suitable for two people with bigger suitcases.

The hotel is located in a quiet street but nevertheless near the bus station. There are many good restaurants and shops nearby. The main tourist attractions are not far from the hotel. The hotel is new, clean and the staff is friendly.

From the hotel, it was an easy walk to Myeongdong. Although you will need to cross using underpass so be prepared to use the stairs when crossing to Myeongdong. Rooms were nice but the shower was just enclosed by a shower curtains instead of glass enclosure. We loved it that we are all in the same floor

The entrance looks cheap, but the room is nicer.

It is a hiden gem, good quality for money. Is a 3 star, dont expect 5 star :) Located really close to MYeongdong street, where are all the turistic shops and food. Room was very clean, wooden foor, white sheets, enough for 1 person, maybe to small for 2. Bathroom very clean, spotless towels, no smels.

The bathroom ventilation wasn't that great. Pillows were a bit too flat.

Great location, good restaurants right next door and nearby. Staff spoke decent English and provided us with extra bottled water. There is a nice dining area downstairs with a filtered water dispenser. Bathroom was nice with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash hanging on the wall. Room even had floor heating, toilets also had bidet and heating too.

It was comfortable, nice and clean. I wish there wasn’t as many little cracks in the bathroom and bathtub but it was okay.

The location is amazing. You can’t get closer to downtown without being in the middle of the bustling streets.

Location of the hotel is very good, in a few steps,walking distance, you reach sighseeing topics of the city. Room is very clean, not so big but adequat. Hotel personal is very service friendly. Nearby many restaurants and convenience stores.
