The shower room has no shelf or rack to put shampoo and shower gel. Water was not hot at all. Room has very limited power socket. Not convenient if you have multiple electronics devices.

Breakfast selection is not fantastic but good enough for my daily intake. Location of the hotel is convenient with shops around.

Somehow the WIFI download speed was extremely low so that I needed to go and visit the Starbucks across the street.

Everything very convenient and functional when you consider the competitive price. Exactly what you need in a business trip. Breakfast selection also very good.

The aircon in the room doesn't work. They have one central setting that applies for everyone so depending on whether more people are hot or cold they change the temperature for everyone. They did supply us with a standing fan though, and the following night the temperature had been centrally brought down.

Very friendly staff, laundry room in perfect working order and with a soap dispenser there. Reception staff helped us have exact change to use the machines. Bowling downstairs was fun!

Clean, complete, english-speaking staff. Lobby is great for short meet-ups and working. The hotel is near Dongtan central park and lots of establishments and restaurants.

The air conditioning is switched off from 10:00 p.m. to the morning. This was super annoying, as sometimes the temperature would reach 25-26 C, making it difficult to sleep.

As usual, the AC did not work. One of the rather annoying aspects of this place. Has been switched off since years. Also, the laundry service may be OK as far a cleaning is concerned. But the way they calculate the prices is utterly ridiculous. They completely ignore what clothes you hand over and what boxes you tick. They simply calculate the most expensive item on their list. E.g. every shirt automatically turns into a "Silk Shirt" (the most expensive), even if it is cotton. Crazy.

I always stay at this hotel. It's clean, very convenient for me & my business, has tons of bars & restaurants in walking distance and staff is nice.

As usual, the A/C did not work. Room was super hot, totally overheated. But I have given up complaining about it. They simply don't listen.

The shower didn't have a place to put things. The toilet made a noise filling up, and I didn't feel a positive welcome at breakfast. After paying, I wasn't shown to a table and for a moment I didn't know where to go. In most other hotels guests are shown to a table and asked if they would like coffee. Everything about the breakfast, was excellent and 5 stars in my opinion,, so why not have 5 star customer services? Just some friendly feedback to improve the quality further.

It's a great location next to the park (nature) with a great view of the sunrise in the morning, and you've got the city on the other side. The room had a good decent sized bathroom and a good friendly room service. The breakfast buffet was also of a high quality.
