How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Other than the “H” missing from the word “Hotel” on the wall in the room (minor cosmetic), absolutely no issues.
Great accommodations for great value. The Jacuzzi was the perfect way to end the day. Will definitely stay here next business trip.

Booking.com says its a 'family hotel' but it is a love motel. There are signs everywhere there under 19 years old is not allowed. I came with my 3 month old so it felt awkward. Booking.com says its a smoke free property. The rooms do have no smoking signs. But people have definitely smoked in the rooms. When I booked, I picked a room with a private garage. The hotel didn't ask if I wanted to change rooms. They just automatically said foreigners don't like those rooms and moved me to a different room. I argued to get the room I originally booked, but the condition was too poor in that room due to smoke and the inconvenience of not having a room key. The garage rooms are meant more for hourly customers for the love motel part of the hotel. The smoke smell was too bad for our baby. The staff changed our room twice to help us find a room that didn't smell like smoke. The staff are really nice and I think they care alot about the hotel. We stayed at a lot of love motels before having kids and this was one of the cleanest ones I've seen if you can get over the smoke smell. But we were really thrown off because we weren't expecting a love motel since it's advertised as being a family hotel. We wound up getting a different hotel one night because it was too hard to stay at this hotel. If you're a couple, it's a great place. But if you're a family I'd find another place.
The staff are very kind. It was very well cleaned. They put an air purifier in every room. The staff were very accommodating and tried to help us find a room that matched what we needed.

The wifi was broken and this is the fourth or fifth time where I've gotten a room at this hotel where the bidet didn't work. Every time I've stayed at this hotel the bidet has been broken.
The room is very spacious for the price and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. The bed is also fairly good.

Check-in is done with the help of a machine, we enter the reservation number and it gives us our room card. The room was super big and very luxurious we loved it especially for its low price, while we even had a whirlpool bath. We loved it, too bad it was only for 2 nights.

The door to the room did not have a lock. I did not leave anything of value in the room when I went to work. The pictures on booking.com do not reflect the rooms current condition. The rooms did not have irons, ironing boards or laundry services.
The staff is friendly.

This isn't a place to stay more than a day on business. This is more like a love hotel. There are no keys to the outside rooms, the stairway is very tight so it's hard to carry large suitcases up it, there are no irons or places to hang your clothes or wash them.
The staff was very friendly and willing to help where she could but everything was through a translator.

This is a love motel. I came here for my work. Staff couldn't speak English, and right away, you knew your work had nothing to do with this type of hotel. There are no irons/ironing boards in the rooms because these rooms are set up for quick in and out. The website pictures appear to be a nice hotel, but as soon as you drive up and everything is hidden behind dark blinds or little windows, you know you are at a love motel. I am extremely disappointed!

The room had it's own garage space for our vehicle that directly connected to our room. It was welcoming and warm. The room was quiet and private. In the morning, the breakfast bar was excellent. The bath and shower were incredible. This was my favorite hotel I've ever stayed at.

Very noisy - you shower in the middle of the bathroom so the whole bathroom gets wet - you cannot turn off the light from your bed, so you have to walk in darkness to the bed - I could not figure out how to lock the door from the insight, so it was a little uncomfortable as a solo female traveler - I could not find the wifi password anywhere - The receptionist was very nice, but did not speak English, making it hard to communicate.
Luxurious felling - good bed - fridge with water - robes and a big towel.
