First, we’re glad to hear you were satisfied with our location, the cleanliness of your room, and the comfort of the bed. It’s reassuring to know these positive aspects contributed to your stay. At the same time, we will carefully review and pay closer attention to any areas where we fell short to improve our service. Regarding the bath towels, many guests usually do not request them, so we provide towels upon request at the front desk. In your case, although towels were limited at the hotel at that time, our staff made an effort to personally bring additional towels from elsewhere to ensure you had what you needed. This was done with the sole intention of making your stay more comfortable. Our staff took care to assist from parking the tour bus to ensuring a smooth check-in process. While we regret any small misunderstandings, we sincerely hope your time in Gyeongju remains a warm and pleasant memory.

Hello, I read your message and understand your complaint. Check-in is 3 o'clock. You said the bathroom was dirty, but it was from your personal point of view, so I'm sorry if you thought so. I heard that you and your companions stayed at the hotel as a group. If the water didn't come out, the whole hotel shouldn't have had water. But no one told me that our hotel didn't have water. If you had a hard time operating the shower, you had to talk to the counter right away. You left the room without talking to the counter. Why didn't you tell me? I heard that you came as a group and rushed out. So far, you are the only one who has an objection. At check-in, we don't explain about the operation of the shower handle. In rare cases, you can ask a question if you don't know well, and we'll teach you how. This is very rare. I'm sorry if you were uncomfortable because you couldn't wash up.
