A bit far from Unseo station exit 2 (about 15 minutes walking distance if you walk fast like me). Not sure why the water heater is not working for my room. I had to take a cold shower in early morning 8am.

The room is clean and quite spacious for solo travelers. The staff is kind and friendly.

Since its summer, the aircon needs to be on. The only blanket I found was the thin sheet on top of the bed. I'm just more sensitive to temperatures and needed a thicker blanket.

The host said I could eat breakfast earlier than the listed time after I told her my check out time due to my flight. The bed mattress was SO COMFORTABLE.

there were food in the fridge for breakfast, some fruits too but we did not know if they were for us or belonged to other guest at the same floor? we had breakfast early so did not border to call & ask the lady.

The lady (Mrs Kim?) was very friendly & helpful, she drove us to the airport early when we checked out. She even helped with our luggage as my husband has low vision and she told me to take care of him. Her English is good enough.

Traveling with kids, I had to make sure to be very mindful to keep our volume and activity down. If this is a concern for you, I would not recommend this guesthouse.

We just needed a place to sleep while traveling through ICN, and this place was perfect for that. Because it's a guesthouse, you're basically sleeping in a bedroom in an apartment. We did have our own personal bathroom, though. The room is a bit cramped for a family, but there are common areas where you can relax. The guesthouse is located close to some shops, so we were able to walk to get breakfast.

Nothing as we book shuttle car from Mr Kim to airport so convenient for us to reach airport on time.

The host super nice & friendly. Even I can't speak or understand Korean but still manage chat little with her. Clean place with comfortable bed for us. Lots of restaurants nearby.

We were not aware of/ did not read till the note that we were only able to leave our luggages at the hotel after 3pm. If we want to leave our luggage ealier, prior arrangements have to be made. This caused some problems. This should be raised up to the occupants alot more often since it would impact the planning of the trip

Nice and convenient, had a very nice lady to serve us and drove us to the airport at 5am which normally would seem ridiculous.

This is the second time I've stayed at Mr Kim. The first was on my arrival in South Korea and the second was a month later just before leaving. Both times have been perfect. Quite and comfortable bed. Very clean and organised, close to the metro and theirfor close to the airport. Next time I visit South Korea I will definitely stay here again for all these reasons.

Everything was perfect We were able to drop off our suitcases before the check-in, the staff was lovely and welcoming. Very comfortable room, as well as common rooms. The place is well equipped, with everything you need. We also used the shuttle service of the guesthouse, it was really perfect! We'll definitely be back when we get to Incheon!
