Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United StatesI wished the hotel shuttle bus extend hours to evening. We had a car so it was not an issue for us but I was thinking how I am going to travel to/from hotel to shopping mall if you are not driving a car. I felt it may be a bit challenge if you are foreigners visiting Korea staying in this hotel in terms of going around for sight seeing.
This hotel, the entire property, was very well maintained and very beautiful. The hotel staffs, esp. main lobby pick up & drop off entrance attendant, housekeeping were very professional and kind. Morning breakfast at the main restaurant was very good but the menus for three days were the same.

United Arab EmiratesHowever, to deserve 5 stars, few things need to appear: 1/help with luggage at check in and check out. 2/Welcoming drinks and/or fresh towel. 3/Possibility to have dinner after 10pm an accommodating client needs. We were starving and nobody could sort out a simple Meal for us after 10pm which was disappointing. 4/A staff who speaks English fluently helps to avoid misunderstanding (it’s happened to us few times during our stay).

United StatesThe restaurants on site were extremely overpriced. For the dinner buffet, it was over $100/adult. This was disappointing as we had hoped to dine there out of convenience since nothing was in walking distance, but ended up taking a taxi to the Lotte mall for dinner. Other downside is the free shuttle to the airport does not start until 11am I believe, which is inconvenient to those with early flights.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the gym/pool were very nice. It was close to the Gimpo airport, which was our reason for staying there.

Saudi ArabiaWe came late and no one helped us with our bags as we had a lengthy journey, which is not what you would expect from a five-star hotel. We met one of the staff at the reception (chubby man) who has weak communication skills and encouraged us to exchange money at the hotel since they had a lower rate than outside, but when I saw a girl at the reception the next day, she claimed it was incorrect and we have a high rate. This attitude did not sit well with me!
I liked the hotel, and the surroundings are very beautiful. It provided us with a favorable first impression of Seoul. The room is clean, and the bed is really comfy. It's a really nice and peaceful spot. We felt safe and at home. Special thanks for (Choi dongkan) for his kindness and support :)

United KingdomNothing to dislike. The free airport shuttle only start at 11am and last one is 3pm from the airport. Would be nice to have airport shuttle on demand too.
Very comfortable room. It was very close to the Gimpo airport. We use the swimming pool, also excellent facility but should remember to bring swimming cap. We love this hotel, unfortunately the breakfast was a bit overpriced for us.

The furniture and equipment show heavy usage marks, which should have been replaced or refurbished. The English communication skills are inadequate at the checking counter.
