Wished there was a mirror in the room. The only mirror was in the bathroom.

We know that it’s a bit hard to smoke in Korea and there are specific smoking areas but it would be nice if hotel had a smoking area (at least a standing ashtray outside of the facility) for guests who smoke. We couldn’t even find a trash to throw our butts away neither in front of the hotel outside nor at the reception.

Best location in the heart of Seoul. Walking distance to all tourist attractions. Clean. Good value for money.

The lunch and breakfast buffets seemed expensive- so we didn’t experience.

The location was excellent- central for the 2 main palaces, next to the pretty river and a short walk from the shops.

The room was nice and comfortable while the location was also not far from a train station. The Seoul Hop on and Hop off bus starting point is located right next to the hotel which was convenient.

It’s is very dated. The rooms are small. The hotel promotes free bikes but they were busy all days we were here. Also caution the gym is closed two Sundays a Month.

In the center of Seoul so exploring was so convenient! I enjoyed the hot bath and sauna though extra fee. The staff were pleasant.

The bathroom clogged and flooded the room...however, the staff were quick to change my room. The location has high frequency for rallies and protests. Hence, the airport bus could not be assessed right from the front of the hotel.

The chairs in the room could have been changed as they look worn out and the cushion is flat.

Great location (in between City Hall and Gwanghwamun Stations). There's a CU store just beside it, making it very convenient to buy snacks and drinks too before heading back to the hotel and resting.

The carpets and furniture seem old

The location was great. The room is huge, has a spacious fridge for all my groceries. Only downside is that interior seems a little old.

The customer service does not exist. English is very basic and it’s not easy to explain what you need. The room was smelling like a blocked toilet. The cleaning was average. The sauna is 10000 won extra!

Besides the great central location, personnel was nice however did not have a Restaurant on site at the time and had to walk in the cold evening across the street, however could find good places for a quick meal.

It is an ageing hotel and some of the rooms are not so good these days but still good staff and service.

The location in Seoul is excellent, near city hall and the limousine bus from Incheon stops right outside making it very convenient.

Lack of freebies - a free coffee a day and 2 bottles of water. I think having a coffee machine in the room would have made a huge difference and also some mini bar items which we had the option to pay for.

Excellent location, plenty of places around to eat and sightsee. Room was a bit old fashioned but clean and comfortable.
