Parking was a bit of problem as most people are arriving by car. They have a new parking area in the other side of the building but we have to walk little bit.

Very big hotel, but check-in and out was very smooth. Many staffs are available for the help. All staffs were very kind. Room was clean and cleaning service was good.

Except for the room & 2 bottles of mineral water, everything else including gym and pool access is chargeable.

The bed was rather soft which is not great when you have back trouble.

The room was a very good size, the location was great for the city. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The provision of Netflix on the TV more than made up for the lack of English language channels.

1. The room was almost ready when we checked in at 3:00 pm, the cleaning staff were still there. 2. The bathroom door rattles and slams hard with loud noise and can snap ur fingers (snapped mine). The bathroom lighting is not suitable for applying makeup. 3. The AC controller is not to be controlled by guests. It stays on 24c° even if u put it on 18c. It's summer, and they refuse to allow us to change the temp. They did give us a strong electric fan that did the trick, but it was noisy, and u have to request it. I paid for an AC conditioned room, not a fan aired room. 4. The elevator is far from the lobby. 5. The buffet restaurant was ok but not worth the price at all. 6. I wished they provided a notepad by the desk. They only provided a pen.

The room was spacious and clean. The tv is smart and has netflix on it. The beds were comfortable, and the desk space was great, large window. There was a Gs25 downstairs and many restaurants and shops. Great location. Near bus stop and busy street.

The bed was small. This is the first hotel that I've been to that charges a toothbrush, but I've read somewhere that jeju hotels don't provide them foc. Sound insulation was also bad as you can hear people talking from the streets.

The shower console is dated and there was some mould. You have to buy a toothbrush and toothpaste and I couldn’t control the room temperature

Staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. The bed was super comfy and my room was quiet.

Lack of Sugar Sachets and milk creame in the room and also lack of regular Tea bags - English breakfast etc ...for a non Oriental traveller , these are absolute must haves !!! Also ,, the inroom lights hv to b little brighter .

Noise from the street during the night.

Near to the airport and shopping areas and the nearby restaurants are good. The opposite is just the duty-free shop. The staff are helpful and easy to communicate in English. Room is comfy and clean.

The amenities really bad

Staff and service is good. They are very helpful Amenities they offered including as 5 stars hotel is really bad. Never experience 5 stars hotel that need to pay the gym.

It was a bit annoying to have to pay to use the pool (and Other facilities) each time as a family of 4 (although we did get off peak rates and were expecting this).

Great hotel in a good location with friendly staff. We booked this at the airport on a deal as our other accommodation was on the other side of the island not not convenient for our tour. The bakery and shop in the Lobby were very convenient with good fresh options. Great pool. The Thai restaurant was really good also.

The hotel room is a bit small, and I think some hotel accessories like razor blade and toothpaste should have been included with the price we've paid. Netflix subscription could have been provided instead of using ours. Pool access could also have been included instead of as an extra.

Hotel is very modern and clean, and the staff are very helpful with our luggage.

we payed for the room and the breakfast at the last day we leaved early in the morning at 6:00 am we asked to prepare for us a breakfast box or to retain money for 1 breakfast- the answer was "not" in this 2 cases it is not fair !
