Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Hong KongIt actually quite boring, most of the store are close and the swimming is way too far from the ocean tower.
The view of ocean tower is amazing. The hotel staff are kind and the food was okay but could have do it better.

SingaporeTrying to find the Ocean Tower since i was dropped off at a different tower. Every staff i approached told me to go a different way & i was exhausted just trying to find the lobby.
Initally when we approached the check in counter at around 1pm the lady was a little stand offish & said check in only starts at 3pm which we totally understood. We just wanted to leave our luggage first so that we can go attend the EXO fanmeeting that was happening at 2pm. It would have been nicer if she wasn't so hostile. Managed to check in at 5pm. I think the staff name was Elia Kim, she was so sweet & efficient. Check in took less than 10mins & she always had a smile on her face. Concierge team was also very nice too. Room is so huge! Toiletries were from Aqua Di Parma! Bath tub was lovely. We ordered room service dining & we also got our food within 40mins. Overall i loved my stay so much

PhilippinesEverything met our expectations given that we wanted a hotel near the airport. For those who are planning to spend more time in Seoul, it's best to look for hotels within Seoul to avoid long travel time.
I like that the room was big, clean and had a great view. I also appreciate how helpful and attentive the staff are. Everyone I interacted with from the concierge, front desk, in-room dining and the pool staff- they were all welcoming and treated us kindly. In-room dining had good options and the food was to our liking If looking for a place near the airport, the hotel should be a top choice!

AustraliaStaff were hopeless. Check in process was terrible. Porters were terrible. We carried our bags to reception. Casino taxed us 22% of winnings on machines. Breakfast wasnt included for $800 per night.

SingaporeThe room lacks ventilation. Stuffy and no air flow even you activated fan speed max and aircon settings. Almost Every programmes on tv is Korean without any English subtitles. you have to pay extra to use the Splash Bay. End up everyone packed the small indoor pool. The food at the restaurants are overpriced and bad. There isn’t much shopping. Casino is not my thing.
It is a 5 star hotel resort but frankly speaking it doesn’t live up to it. The pool indoor is a joke and the service is bad. You find that finding your room or even the wellness club is a challenge. There is just very bad poor signages and most staff can’t even speak English.

South KoreaThe check in process took some time due to how busy it was on the day. The bed wasn't very comfortable....it felt quite hard to sleep on making for a difficult night's sleep. The splash bay isn't really worth the money for adults....there wasn't a lot to do there, only the lazy river and a small children's pool. I expected more for such a new resort.
The check out process was super simple....rather than queuing up, we were able to use the key drop box. The breakfast was very good, there was a wide variety of dishes available. The hotel pool was good, although busy when we went. It felt great to be able to use the sauna afterwards.

QatarIt’s always busy and it’s obvious the hotel staff can’t keep up. So even though the resort just opened most of the furniture is already stained and the elevators and hallways are usually dirty.
It’s new, but that’s all it has going for it. Throughout our stay the room was barely cleaned. The housekeeping staff don’t even take out the dirty dishes we used. The rest of the hotel’s service is okay. The front desk is always swamped so even if you call from your room you’re usually put on hold.
