No cooking and we understand why but there is a pantry below for heating up food.

Simple setup for our delux family suite that caters to 5 pax in a duplex. Really good if u need to travel with family. Price was reasonable.

Like all hotels we encounted in Soeul the hotel rooms are cramped compared to our expectations in Australia, however we enjoyed the experience. The matteresses were different and harder than we expected however we were so exhausted as tourists and surprisingly more comfortable than initially expected.

Staff were exceptional and very friendly and helpful. Great location only one station and walking distance to Myeong-dong market. The hotel is located close to several train lines which helped sightseeing in Soeul which we found very safe as foreigners – download Naver app as more accurate than Google maps.

The equipments in the room are a bit outdated; air-conditioning worked, but for some reasons, it did not cool down the room continuously; no slippers in the room though the item is listed; cleanliness needs to be improved as it does not meet the hotel standard.

8-10 mins walk from stations (there are actually 2 stations around the property, which makes it a convenient spot to stay); the lady and the gentleman at the reception were friendly (the lady can speak in English btw); luggage drop is possible before check-in; a convenient store is nearby, no worries if you want some snacks at night.

The owner guy was so rude! To us and to his staff. We didn’t like his attitude!!

The property is not that grand, just average. They first gave us a room where ac was not working, it was so hot, suffocating almost. It took about one hour to try and fix it but they eventually moved us to a new room

The room’s air conditioning didn’t work well, and it was too hot to sleep comfortably. The bed was also uncomfortable and could be improved.

Staff was very friendly, room was spacious and very clean. New towels daily. Location is simply amazing. So close to every possible transportation. Also walking distance from Namsan Tower and Myeongdong shopping district. Quiet at night. I would definitely return. 10/10.

We heard all the traffic noise from the avenue outside and did not sleep well. Beds are not comfortable; Room was small (our family room with 5 beds are definitely smaller than 30 m2: even a child cannot stand straight on the so-called “duplex” and on the stairs, the bathroom ridiculously compact: be prepared to wet your feet if you want to enter after a shower! The manager, a man in the fifties, was rude, talked to us like dogs, didn’t try to help us get a taxi. We left after one night, paying willingly the cancellation fees to get out of this nightmare.

Not sure what to say. It seemed as if this place was transitioning from an apartment building to a hotel, but it was in a limbo stage. The place where we stayed was essentially a studio, but without the benefits of a studio. A washing machine that's labelled as 'broken,' but which is clearly just unplugged, a stove with the dials removed so that you can't turn it on... When we stayed there, it was exceptionally cold (around -7 to -18C). There is an AC in the room, but it only blows cold air. Awesome. We eventually got a space heater (after being refused a second blanket for some incomprehensible reason), which made the room tolerable, but needless to say, none of this was ideal. Just to be clear - this is *not* a hotel, or at least it's not yet.

The location is good, but I guess that depends on what you're in Seoul for. It's pretty central in terms of the city itself, so that's a plus. However, if you're more interested in hiking in the Bukhansan National Park in the north of the city (like I was), you could probably do a bit better in terms of location. To be fair, the metro system is pretty good, so even at this location, it's not much of a problem to get anywhere within Seoul.

Room is small; washer and dryer in room is not functioning; TV not working; only provides 1-time use toilet amenities (shampoo, body wash, soap, hair conditioner). Bed is not comfortable, blanket is quite thin.

the room itself wasn’t that great as it looks older and quite dusty. the blanket wasn’t a really a blanket but the thin kind where you put under the bed sheet.

great location - walkable distance to 2 stations and convenience store nearby. the uncle at the reception was nice as well. room service was done almost everyday and nice view from the room

the kettle is not that clean, no free even a piece sachet of coffee. There’s a washing machine each room but all are not working. we are not satisfied with the bathroom
