The area of the hotel itself is not great, I agree the vicinity is industrialised.

The hotel and the staff/owner are extremely nice. I read a lot of comments around the smell and the hard beds, I have to say that the rooms are absolutely NOT smelly and the beds are comfy. The hotel is close to several attractions in a really spread city.

The family suite was excellent. The view across the port was fine. Location to explore the culture, beaches and markets was ideal and good value for money. Staff were great! Markets, Songdo Beach, department stores in walking distance. Bus stop close by.

The bed was very stiff and the pillows were odd (fluffy but not soft, seemed to deflate). Not right in the center of things at Songdo so if you want to be in the middle of things, this isn't for you. The A/C wasnt working yet due to the season, and the light from the recreation area outside was too bright to open the curtains and let the breeze in at night. Included breakfast was very minimal.

It was a good value overall. Could have been a little closer to Songdo Beach, but a 10 minute walk isn't too bad. 5 minutes to the bus stop on foot, connecting you easily to the rest of Busan. If you want something a little quieter, this was nice. There was also a recreational park right next to the ocean with different sports activities, a track, a workout equipment. Nice balcony view.

The beds were very hard so they were uncomfortable.. The bath towels were the size of hand towels which surprised us but did the job just fine so it is not a dislike but an observation.

The property and rooms were large, clean and well stocked with toiletries. We appreciated the waters in the fridge. The view was great off the balcony. The wine terrace was a great place to sit and enjoy the view and chat. The air conditioner worked well. We always returned to a refreshed room after a day of exploring. The staff were lovely, kind, welcoming and helpful.

No real problems with the property itself, but travelers should be aware that it's quite close to nearby loading docks and a marina, hence a strong smell of fish permeates the entire neighbourhood. Also, it's rather dirty in places (the surroundings, not the hotel itself). This wasn't an issue for us, but if you want to be stationed in a nice neighbourhood, maybe something to take into account. And also it's a bit far from the city center and various places most tourists will likely want to visit, so be prepared for some time spent in transport.

Nice, clean, and cozy little hotel. Nothing very luxurious, but all our needs were met. There's a nice little terrace on the top of the building where one can sit and relax in the evenings, watching the night scenery of Busan. And the view from our room was amazing too. The staff were friendly and helpful, they recommended some local attractions for us to visit and were very accommodating. We've had an issue with our transport to the main train station on our way out, because we had a very early train to catch and there were no buses or subway lines available this early, and the owner had tried his best to help us sort this thing out. All in all, we had a pleasant stay, and would recommend it.

The location was in a somewhat sketchy part of town, right next to several fish processing plants, so the approach to the building was sometimes unpleasant. Songdo beach was within walkable distance, but it was still a considerable walk. The area felt unfinished - some areas were cordoned off and half-demolished.

The room was well sized and the view was gorgeous. It was clean and well equipped. The terrace was nice and also had a good view. Although the beachfront is a while away, below the hotel is a "boardwalk" of sorts, overlooking the rocks and the water, beside a public exercise space/sports courts.

Nice hotel with a beautiful view of the sea near busan. The room was clean and the interior is modern and well taken care of. The Staff was very nice, especially the owner went out of his way to help us find our way around town. We enjoyed our stay and would book it again.

Beautiful location and very scenic, one of the best views in Busan. Very friendly staff and accommodating, decided to add additional nights and they were more than welcoming. The rooftop view was one of a kind and amazingly stunning!!!

Distance to shopping areas. Distance to subway. Taxis find it difficult to locate on the map.

The view from the room. The location walking distance to songdo Beach, Seafood bbq ,cafes,the cable cars,sky walk etc. GS25 around the corner open late. The receptionist was extremely helpful,friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. Automatic toilet with bidet.

The owner of the hotel was very welcoming and very friendly. The hotel was clean with a beautiful sea view. I liked that since we booked foe 2 night, they came and cleaned the room.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room was very dirty and in parts even disgusting. The bathroom smelled like sewage, the windows were filthy, and the mattress, pillow, and blanket were uncomfortable. The floor was also dirty. Breakfast was a complete disaster, hardly any options, just instant noodles and toast, with no butter, cheese, or anything else. Overall, very disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel.

The location was not ideal! It’s not actually in songdo it’s about 5 minutes away and there was no convenience stores near here. We had to uber to all the activities we wanted to do, would definitely stay at haeundae area next time

Helpful manager. Expansive view of the water. Twenty minute walk to the beach. Located in a noisy, busy industrial area.Priced too high, many other places near a variety of restaurants with views at lower prices.

Great view from the window, location next to the beach (we walked), there you can ride the funiculars over the sea, the hotel staff is excellent and nice, the room is comfortable and cozy. Love it🔥
