Great and peaceful hostel, close to main attractions of the city. The manager of the hostel and staff were very helpful and kind. Everything was clean and part of the hostel seemed to be brand new or freshly renovated. Beds were comfortable with huge lockets under them so even very big luggage could fit in. Breakfasts were delicious and everything you needed was provided (huge plus for possibility to make your own scrambled eggs).

Good hostel and well located. There are many bus stops just a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to reach all the major sightseeing spots such as the train station, Bulguksa Temple, and Yangdong Folk Village. It was very convenient!

Convenient location, good and simple breakfast. Clean and tidy rooms. Received very warm and hospitable service as well with an upgrade provided to us when the service staff saw my group squeezed into one of the smaller rooms.

If I had to pick something the room was maybe a tiny bit stuffy. Oh and no lift, only stairs. Struggled a bit with my bad back but not too bad as it's only 1 floor.

Loved this hostel. Charming, quiet, welcoming and calming. Much like the town of Gyeongju. Big and comfortable beds, clean and fresh everything including showers and toilets. Good location to access all the good bits of town. Great breakfast of eggs(which you can cook however you like), cereal, bread, nuts, etc. But my favourite was the lovely and kind man behind reception who went out of his way to organise a way for me to watch a golf tournament!

Personally, checking in was really easy although I missed the chance to chat with someone at the reception on arrival. but that's no reason to down grade my stay. It was perfect.

Blueboat was the perfect guesthouse place to stay and spend time in Gyeongju.. close to local cultural areas and a local bus away to the express bus station and museums.. although I walked everywhere with no problem..nothing is that far, including the main town. Breakfast was great and everywhere was very organized and clean.

The common area and the kitchen are beautiful! The space is small but incredibly well curated, bathrooms are spacious and the location is perfect. Everything is sparkling clean and the breakfast they offer is delicious.

Nothing really. They could add a towel to use. Maybe the fact that it's self check in, because you can't ask questions about what to do, but they reply to messages, so no problem.

Only one toilet per sex, so sometimes you had to wait for tour turn. Also not really any space to hang your clothes and towel in or out of the shower.

The beds were great, they even had heating mattresses. Everything was clean and the breakfast was nice. Exactly like in the pictures. The staff were also helpful and the location could not have been better. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a private room with 3 people. We had an amazing stay. The staff was very friendly, and the property had everything you needed. If you come by KTX, the bus stops at a 2 min walk from the hostel. It’s a 5-10 min walk from the Daereungwon-tombs, from where you can start your walking tour, seeing all the highlights of Gyeonju. There’s also a 7/11 right across the street. Even if the host was not at the reception area, you could reach him by WhatsApp, opened on a computer on the counter. The included breakfast was wonderful as well. After check-out, you can store your bags (for free!) in the bakery on the groundfloor.
