Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. I loved the cozy aesthetic of the place. It's unassuming on the outside - the building is a bit old - but inside it's nicely decorated. The receptionist was kind and friendly. She helped me out when I had an issue with the washing machine.

Very good accommodation, very lively neighborhood very close to multiple subways. The beds were also great (very soft and cozy) and the airconditioning was nice.

AustraliaThe property seemed to need a deep cleaning and some renovations, as it felt somewhat neglected. The cooktop in the kitchen wasn’t working, so we couldn’t prepare our own meals. Our room had a small window facing a wall, so there was very little natural light. We were also unable to adjust the air conditioning—neither the fan speed nor the temperature could be changed—which made it difficult to control the room’s climate. Additionally, the room was very small, making the space feel quite cramped.
The location was quite decent, with plenty of cafes and food spots nearby, which made it convenient to explore the area. The check-in process went smoothly, and it was helpful to have toilets and showers available on every floor. I appreciated the secure access to the room, which could be opened using either a code or a key. The manager was kind and responsive, answering many of our questions during our stay. The place also provided useful amenities such as drinking water, hot water for tea, coffee, a microwave, plates, and some basic utensils.

FinlandThe only minus I would give is that there was some problems with humidity in the hotel. In the bathroom there's some mold you can see and also the walls in the room had some water damage to them. Cleaning wasn't top notch either with some stains in the walls and hairs on the bed. Nothing super bad.
The location is superb! Only 10min walk to Myeongdong shopping street and also short walk to line 2 metro station where you can get to lot of places. Room was cozy but small, but that didn't bother me at all. The staff there were so nice and offered help woth lot of things. Check in with Rita was quick and easy and JJ gave lots of tips and offered coffee in the mornings.

Very nice lobby, all needed appliances for preparing some noodle breakfast. Rooms clean, everything fine, nothing broken. Doors to room closed by magnetic card lock, much appreciated.
