The emergency hand lamps in most of the rooms are out of order and the windows a quite dirty!

Good location and excellent price/performance value and a small but good breakfast is served. The bathrooms are quite big and equipped with shower and bathtub.

I seemed to have been scammed by the receptionist on April 21. I stayed at this place for 2 nights. The receptionist on April 21 at night only gave us 1 breakfast ticket. When we asked for a second ticket, I was charged an extra KRW10,000. On April 22, when I asked for breakfast ticket again, I wasn't charged extra for the breakfast and got 2 tickets without issue.

The place is really nice. I would recommend this place, only that travellers should watch out for receptionist who charge extra fee for breakfast tickets.

Sometimes a bit noisy due to the love movements in some of the room. There isn't much negative to say about the hotel.

a nice and well organized business hotel with very good beds. The hotel offering a small breakfast, coffee machine and free bottled water in the lobby. Wide space for individual car parking. friendly staff in a safe environment.

The breakfast could be a bit more delicious, the scrambled egg is very soft and swimming in water. The entrance and the breakfast area are quite cold in the wintertime that’s why it’s very uncomfortable to have breakfast or waiting time.

Is a clean and quiet business hotel in the center of Ansan. Good location with a lot of restaurants and bars around. Very good beds, that’s giving you a good sleep! A small breakfast is served, very Korean

Remote controller in the room sometimes does not work properly, the breakfast was “meh”

I didn't like the fact that the room is set for one person always, even though we booked for two people, it only includes Breakfast for a single person the other has to pay extra for a breakfast ticket. However some mornings they inforced this and others we just both ate breakfast for free. Then the room service kept only providing one towel! I constantly had to go and request extra towels, which they happily and courteously provided! It was more strange than harassing though. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

The location was good for the area and the station was a 5 minute walk away, but if you wanted to explore Ansan then stay further in. Otherwise it was great to travel from and beautiful to see the outskirts of the city! The place was very comfortable and had so much space! The breakfasts were decent enough and the staff were generally very good!

Our bathroom was too cold so we always needed to use a portable heater before the shower.

The room and bathroom are big enough, well-designed, comfortable and really quite. Additional facilities like free unlimited water and coffee is a great advantage of this hotel! Wi-fi in the room works perfectly. Moreover, there is an access to Netflix, Youtube (and other streaming platforms) on TV

The staff was shocked because she didn't expect my coming and had to check twice where I made my reservation, which made me a bit embarrassed. Also, they were 'too' kind to clean my room without me telling them. It is good that they take care of their borders well but I felt that it was a bit too much.

It was clean and very convenient because of the near subway.

Breakfast was "included" for only one person which was decent but not a lot of choices. Not really laundry as it's more like cheaper dry-cleaning; only realized after upto $6(?) Is free if you booked locally - not with booking.com. The staff are okay - don't expect the friendliest greeting and they won't let you bring extra people to your room after late evening. You only get one key card as well, which you have to put into the room key slot for lights to work which was a bit annoying. One time we accidentally left without the key and when requested, they told us when they clean our room they will retrieve for later.

Clean overall, exterior & interior were all nice with high ceilings, great value for the price as we paid - $400 for 6 nights. Room was decent size with king bed & modern layout for 2 people, with a jacuzzi tub that can fit 2. You can take as many water bottles as you need from the first floor fridge and location was great!

The only thing that i don't the breakfast is the same everyday , the only thing i like is the yogurt and the eggs i don't eat the meat

This hotel meets my requirements. The space of a room is really great with a bathtub inside the bathroom. The price of the hotel is fair. I will choose to live again if I visit the nearby areas for even a business trip or a family trip.

The breakfast was a tone down compared to everything else, it didn’t have much variety for a buffet, especially for sweet food, and the food was more warm that hot/freshly made.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, I had my check out after breakfast but I wanted to explore the city more, so they kept my backpack with them until 8pm completely free of charge. Considering the price I paid for the room was incredible, it had all the possible comforts and even more, there was even a charger for the phone already available right next to the bed.
