Maybe add one or two free shelves to use for storage of my luggage contents in the bedroom and not to leave things on the floor. Well active area with restaurants, bars and corner shops. But we need to walk 500 m to reach the nearest subway station. And also 30 minutes walk needed to reach the Hwaseong Fortress.

Nice room with newly recent furniture. Very clean. Breakfast was good and diversified enough to choose between Korean food and English breakfast. Staff with full of attention.

Hair dryer was not working well.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was simple but delicious. Rooms were clean. Hotel had valet parking and location was easy to access without a car too.

The bathroom didn't had a curtain between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. Hence, whenever one was taking a shower, the whole bathroom was "flooded".

The room was spacious and very comfortable. It also felt quite new. The staff was also very nice. There were many restaurants and event locations nearby the hotel, however, it was always quiet in the room. There was also a "CU" convenience store just across the street and it was only a 10/15 minute walk to the nearest train station.

Some overnight noise outside especially with windiow open

Everything about this hotel was brilliant. We had a double & twin bed in a very spacious room with great amenities and service. The location was excellent for tourist sites in and out of town. The staff were really helpful and it was very good value. There was even a free self-service laundry option. Highly recommended!

The only thing to help improve the stay would be larger Bath towels

The room was clean and spacious. Room had a fridge and a safe was also provided. Shower was excellent and easy to use.

We had a twin room a bit on the small side. It was an awkward bathroom arrangement as the door opened next to the head of one bed. Bath shower arrangement with no curtain so the floor got wet. Small cramped side streets.

Best air conditioning, with floor heating Staff very helpful. No issues getting our car from the parking garage, just tell staff what time and it’s organised. Nice substantial free breakfast Its in walking distance of the restaurant club area.

It is located in an entertainment district with many boutique hotels, inns and restaurants.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Simple and nice interior. The essential toiletries, bathrobe, and slippers are provided for the guests.

The staff were very kind and the inside of the building was always clean.

Shower booth was not well elevated which caused continuous flood in the bathroom. We cannot blame for the surroundings but the hotel’s located in the very centre of night life district. If you are not a big fan of such, keep that in your mind.

Bed was very comfortable, the best sleep while staying in Korea! Second, we made the most of the safe.

I would appreciate it if I had been informed about the housekeeping hours, which are until 5 pm. I made the request as the adjacent room was being cleaned, but unfortunately, the staff seemed displeased with my inquiry.

I have had the pleasure of staying here several times, and each visit has been consistently delightful. I am grateful for the excellent services provided throughout my stays.

The hotel is next to a construction site. They can’t help this and informed us in advance. Didn’t bother us too much though.
