Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South KoreaWe travelled in peak winter (heaviest snow of the season) and the heating was unbearably high. When asked, the staff suggested we sleep with a window opened or turn on the air con, since there was no room-specific control to the heating. Also, the bathtub was leaking slightly, but nothing too much. Aside from these 2 issues, the stay couldnt have been smoother.
The room was large and comfy, facilities were clean. Front staff was very kind and there was a vending macine and coffee machine in the lobby for when we got back to the hotel late at night. This was good as there arent many convenience stores around.

United StatesMy only complaint is that the bedsheets in one of the beds had multiple stains on them. You could tell they were clean though.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was huge and comfortable. The A/C worked very well. Location is pretty good as well and is several restaurants and convenient stores.
