United StatesAlthough it was okay for us, there are no elevators and Seaview Inn is on the second floor. So, if you're not able to do stairs, it could be challenging taking luggage up the stairs.
What I appreciated most about Seaview Inn was the warm hospitality and unbeatable location. Mr. Alex and his team were welcoming and attentive, truly going out of their way to make us feel at home. Seaview Inn is ideally situated. It's less than a 5 minute walk to both the Basseterre Ferry Terminal (perfect for day trips to Nevis) and the Port Zante Cruise Terminal, where you’ll find souvenir shops and the iconic “St. Kitts” photo spot. Seaview Inn offers clean, comfortable accommodations at a very reasonable price, which is perfect for travelers like myself who want to explore the beauty of St. Kitts and Nevis without overspending. If you're seeking a simple, no frills place to stay in the heart of the city, I highly recommend Seaview Inn. Oh! It's right next to KFC.

I like that it was right in the centre of town. I came from Nevis and this is a short walk from the ferry terminal. I like how the hosts were so friendly. They gave me a map of the island so i could easily coordinate what to do each day. Nicely air conditioned room so you don’t overheat while you sleep.

United StatesThe beds were too hard and hurt my back.
The inn is quaint and will grow on you. The bar is small but stocked. We sat out on the second story porch a lot. Staff are very nice. Breakfast was good. Property is secure with locking entrance doors security cameras. You are in the heart of downtown Basseterre here so there are a lot of locals all around and it can be noisy. The area is safe even though it may feel intimidating at first. You are right near Point Zante so there are lots of shops and restaurants within a five minute walk. A couple blocks up toward independence square has more "dive" local shops and eateries. All in all it was a great stay. This isn't the Marriott so if you are looking for that type of thing, the Seaview may not be for you.

The rooms are good. Excellent location for using the Makana ferry. Nice breakfast room to sit in (breakfast at reasonable cost). Very helpful staff, brought us a refrigerator. Great value for money. Recommend 4 Ways restaurant rather than restaurants in food court.
