We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The swimming pool facilities were perfect, especially for the hot weather - it was so refreshing to come back to the hotel knowing we had a tranquil space to relax in. This place is a hidden gem for sure.

Absolutely amazing value and gorgeous quiet hotel. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a sauna and own terrace. This hotel is out of Siem Reap town centre and perfectly quiet because of that. Beautiful pool, restaurant and gardens. The staff are so attentive and helpful! They really look after you as only a small hotel can, very personal service. We had our own Tuk-tuk driver which made getting around stress free and enjoyable, 15 minutes to Ankor Wat and less to the town.

United KingdomHad an issue with the aircon on my first night, so they moved me into another suite until it was fixed. It was just as good, so no issues here. They let me rent a bike and did my laundry for free in return.
For the money, it’s exceptional. Huge suite, with a massive bed, a bath, a shower - and my own sauna. The breakfast is outstanding, and the pools great too. Staff do everything to make sure you’re happy.

United KingdomThe location is about 15 mins from town so you have to get tuk tuks however it was peaceful and very near Angkor Wat.
The rooms are spacious and clean, nice balcony to sit on and well presented rooms, toiletries were included and a powerful hairdryer. Lovely pool and good food, staff very helpful and attentive.

GermanyWe are traveling as a family of four and when we decided to travel to Siem Reap we were in search of a clean, green and quiet space away from the crowds of Angkor and the city centre. This is exactly what we found at Bamboo Retreat Villa. We had a very relaxing and memorable week at Bamboo Retreat Villa. The rooms were impeccable and taken care of with great care. The entire property is in fact being taken care of very well. The pool is very refreshing and the garden around the pool is beautiful. The staff is very very polite and smiling and very eager to make your stay a perfect one, plus they are very child-friendly. Our kids loved the staff. Breakfast is amazing especially due to its offer of fresh fruits and crispy pastries. The touristy city center can be reached very easily with tuk tuk, so can Ankor Wat. We can highly recommend staying here.
