By far the very best thing about this property is the charming young lady who manages it. She soulc not do enough during my three weeks there!!

It is slightly off the main road and not the best lit. The room wasn’t cleaned between days so got sandy and ran out of toilet paper, so be aware if you’re there for a longer time. Shower was only cold (but fine after a hot day on the beach).

The room was big, the AC and fan worked well. Was very clean. Within an easy walking distance from Koh touch pier (5 mins), and within 20ish mins easy walk to Long set beach. Close to restaurants, bars and taxis. Great value for money and WiFi worked very well. Host easy to contact whilst there.

One chair outside but room was for 2 people. Nowhere in room to put bags. Cold shower although not a big problem as was very hot. None of these were a major problem. I think a couple of chairs would be better.

Bathroom wasn’t perfectly clean and there were a lot of mosquitos that came through the bathroom vent but all good apart from that.

Our host was really helpful with all of our enquiries/ needs throughout the trip! Nice location right next to the beach. Would recommend renting bikes and exploring the island! A quiet and clean room, for the price it was good.

WiFi didn't really work. Very patchy at best when it did work. Only one broken chair to sit on. A hammock would also help and a line to hang clothes is needed. I ghink its overpriced from what it offers. There is better value on the island.

Comfy bed, good a/c, good fan and nice sheets. Location was OK, quiet and only 2 or 3 min walk from the main strip.

Electricity and water cut out for a few hours during our trip, but the staff were helpful and tried to get it sorted as soon as possible.

The owners, Lucas and Kasia, are very friendly and helpful. Lucas even gave me a tour of the island and nearby beaches and got me a motorbike. Nice secluded area and away from party buzz.

Nothing bad about the property itself, just to make sure you check the weather before taking the trip to Koh Rong as the police are quick to stop boats going to and from the mainland. This means you could get stuck on the island longer than expected.

The location is a small 5 minute walk outside of the main beach. The owner was very helpfully but his time is limited as he teaches at the nearby school. He was helpful when we got stuck on the island and allowed us to stag extra nights. The room was clean and the wifi was reliable.

Loved this stay. The owners and their dog are so lovely and helpful. The room is spacious with 2 double beds, aircon and fan. Kettle, coffee & tea provided which was nice! Great location in the forest just 5 mins walk to all the restaurants/bars/beach.

Due to the Island being overcrowded for what it can handle they have intermittent power cuts to conserve I'd say, so at times you would go for hours without power which in the heat on the Island in excess of 40+ is not ideal especially if you are just wanting a cold shower from the beach.Not a huge deal but when u r paying $20US a night, can be a bit frustrating at times.

Great little place in Koh Rong away from the hustle & bustle but still close to head to bars and beach for a dip. Sey & his wife were very accommodating and friendly. Rusty the dog was good company 2

- No bedside lamp - 4hrs / day no running water and no electricity what seems to be a problem on the whole island - if I would have known before I might have looked for a hotel with back up generator

Sey and his wife are very welcoming and helpful :) picking me and my heavy luggage up from the pier was super helpful even if it is just a short walk away. Small power outages are to be expected on a small island like this, but it wasn't an issue. Room was clean and had a nice view.

Property is on a steep hill. Make sure you are a fit and healthy person. If you have a heavy suitcase, you can organise with the owner to meet you when you arrive or leave and take your suitcase up or down the hill for you on their motorbike. Otherwise, you will have big problems dragging your suitcase up the hill as the walking track is half unpaved and not in a good condition.The dirt and gravel will damage your suitcase wheels as you drag your suitcase up or down the hill.

Both husband and wife owners are very friendly, and go out of their way to make your stay as comfy as possible. If you have any issues, just ask them and they will do their best to rectify it.

It is a nice placee, just be aware of the fact that there is plenty of roosters around the neighborhood, so you will be awake by them.

very kind and generous owner who prepared fruit plate for us every morning and gave us coffees to make in the room. the room was super spacious with great beds and clean bathroom. the location was not bad at all, there is a little hill you have to climb but nothing too crazy and definitely worth the serenity of the place as there are chickens around it can be a bit noisy if you’re sensitive to that but it didn’t bother us at all. if anything it gave us a feeling of being away from the touristy bit of the island

Can’t fault it! Kasia is super nice and helpful and has lots of recommendations should you need them! A 2 minute walk from the pier/main strip so very convenient location. Signposted directions as google maps isn’t accurate. Very clean also!

The area outside the room was very overgrown and untidy. The showers were cold and the bathroom a bit smelly. It was up the hill and along an overgrown and dark path which wasn’t ideal at night time.

Clean enough for a very basic room. The beds were comfortable. Location ok.
