All in all it was very clean, but there were some hairs on the floor and on the toilet when I arrived.

The Nest is a great hotel located very close to the center of Siem Reap. The staff is very friendly and will always help. There are two other hotels that belong together called The Urban and The Jungle, and you can use the pool there. All in all, it was a great stay. Thanks!

The quality of the laundry could be improved.

I really appreciate the welcome drink and the cold towel while you wait to be checked in. The room was really spacious and smells pleasant. The bathroom is quite wide. I really had a good time at The Nest. The bed is so comfortable. I slept like a baby. The neighborhood is quiet but just a few meters away from the markets, spas, and pub street. There is no elevator though, but I don’t mind.

Would be nice to have a TV. Check-out was weird the girl chased me and made me wait in the tuktuk for her to check the room. No communication on this when I handed back the keys and waited on my tuktuk. Very annoying.

Really great big room. Nice that we can use the pool and get free afternoon tea at the other building, The Jungle. The staff were extremely nice.

It's a very nice hotel, especially the staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was really spacious and with some nice details, I loved the flowers and the teas provided in the room. The food in the restaurant was also delicious.

Absolutely Perfect Stay! This was the best stay we could have imagined! The room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The pool area was perfect for relaxing — always clean, with fresh towels available for guests. What truly made our stay special was the staff: everyone was so friendly, kind, and helpful. We felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

Only issue we found was the noise. Bars around the hotel play loud music until early hours of the morning.

Room- 10/10 lots of space nice large bed Staff- 10/10 very helpful and informative. Helped book tours and transfers. Mr Kheng was an amazing Tuk Tuk driver for our tour to Angkor Wat. Location- 10/10 5 min walk to pub street

There were just a few minor things to note: the staff’s English wasn’t perfect, but it wasn’t a problem at all as they were very friendly and helpful. I would have appreciated some complimentary drinking water in the room. The location is a little bit away from the city centre and Pub Street — about a 10 minute walk to the Pub street. The hair dryer was powerful, which was great, but you have to keep pressing the button for it to work, which made it a bit inconvenient. Also, there were quite a few children at the pool, and personally I prefer a quieter swim, but of course that's not the hotel’s fault.

I had a wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink. One of the highlights was the beautiful, spacious swimming pool at the sister hotel just next door. The staff there greeted me with a cold towel, and between 3:00 and 4:30 p.m., they offered complimentary drinks and snacks — the fresh mango juice was especially delicious! As for the hotel itself, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless — no dust, dirt, or mould — and beautifully decorated with lotus flowers and aroma lamps. It was spacious, with plenty of mirrors and a balcony, just as I had requested. The bed linen was clean, the towels were soft, and even the toothbrush had soft bristles. I was also very pleased to find a soft pillow waiting for me, exactly as I asked. The shower had two settings, which was a nice touch. Overall, I stay in Siem Reap every weekend, and this is by far the best place I’ve stayed. It’s truly the best value for money, and I look forward to returning!

The staff were very friendly, we received a welcome drink and a cool towel on arrival. The receptionist were great and helpful. We booked an extra night in the hotel as it was so good. The pool is great and is only a one minute walk away in the sister hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean.

The apartment we booked listed a balcony however this was not included on our arrival.

The rooms are big with additional seating areas and plenty of storage. The rooms had everything we needed and the bathrooms were big. Everything was very clean and well presented. The property is very central and walking distance to the main tourist areas. We had access to the pool a two minute walk away at the sister hotel, the staff at both hotels are very welcoming and cannot do enough for their guests. We used the pool twice and were even given drinks and snacks in the afternoon. This was amazing value for the rooms and service we received.
