Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes
Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.
Contamos con personas y sistemas que están especializados en detectar comentarios falsos enviados a través de nuestra Plataforma. Si encontramos alguno, lo borramos y, si es necesario, tomamos las acciones necesarias contra la persona responsable.

La habitación tenía una cocina pero no había ni cubertería ni utensilios de cocina para poder cocinar y comer allí. El agua de la ducha o salía ardiendo o muy fría, no funcionaba bien.

En general todo estuvo muy bien. Demasiado estrictos con las normas de horarios y algunos detalles que bajan el nivel (como el decir cobran 5$ por las tarjetas de las habitaciones si éstas se pierden).

Las instalaciones son perfectas, la atención de TODO el personal está super cuidada, el personal de recepcion, del restaurante y a la hora del desayuno formidables y super amables. Comentario auténticoIncreíble! No dudes, reserva en este hotel! Las instalaciones son increíbles, la atención de TODO el personal está super cuidada. La zona de piscina, el salón para desayunar, las habitación!… todo está mimado tanto por el diseño como por la atención. Desayuno completisimo. Cogimos la excursiones a través de ellos y fueron increíbles, según llegabas se preocupaban de cómo había ido y si lo habíamos disfrutado, pero nada empalagoso ni buscando adicionales, solo buscando que disfrutases. Paseo agradable de 15 minutos hasta la pub street pero en zona tranquila sin ruido. Perfecto!
