How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The huts need to be redecorated and the toilet had a piece of string out the window to flush it also only one power point

There’s a mosquito problem on the island and our bathroom didn’t have a net on the window, so mosquitoes got in every night.
Great location on the beach, there were hammocks on the balcony of the room and it was very nice. Staff put anti-mosquitoes incense at our porch every evening.

The rooms are very simple, the sheets are to hot for the room temperature, rooms need to be renovated. The key open different bungalows which means anybody can enter and steal something (no safe deposit box inside the room) The WiFi is a bit slow
The employees are very welcoming and helpful It is well located Breakfast with the view on the beach Nice environment with plants, trees (jungle in the name of the hotel is appropriate) The food is good

A friendly greeting , Great location at the end of the beach easily walkable to all the cafes and bars. A chilled atmosphere and great huts. Can hire bikes there and petrol available next door (buy by the bottle ) These islands off Cambodia are something special . A great stay and will be back

No fridge in the room, the WiFi was terrible however the whole island was the same so I don’t think this is really to blame of the property just a warning. Lots of mosquitos but to be expected really in this area, the bed could’ve done with a net perhaps. A tad overpriced for what you get as it is very basic.
The host was so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble & gave us bottles of water/coffee everyday. The shower pressure was really good. Location was brilliant, near the beach and restaurants. Very spacious bungalows and comfortable beds.

There was a bit of noise pollution sometimes, either with people talking out loud at 3am on their balcony (I mentioned it to the hotel manager) or with some electronic music background. Water was provided for free on some days, but not all the time.
Lots of trees surrounding the bungalows. Close, but not too much to the town hub. I enjoyed the hammocks.

The Wifi is extremely slow, the check out time is too early, no water bottles.
The staff was great, especially the owner. Ideal location, spacious rooms with AC, private balcony with hammocks, hot water. Good local food in the restaurant.

Beautiful Property in Koh Touch. Located at edge of the main road/market, it is quite yet very close to all the facilities. Cottages are neat and well maintained. If you are looking for a simple and peaceful place to stay, this should be where you stay. While the property is lovely, the star of the show is the manager and his family. He is very a kind and helpful person, he helped us with the tickets and scooter and even recommended the best beaches.

The sea view room is a long walk up the steep hill. It is separate from the main location.

There's a slight gap under the door so bugs/lizards could get in and out.
Lovely welcoming and helpful staff, big comfortable beds, beautiful and peaceful bungalows. The balcony with hammock and sofa is particularly nice and the aircon and fan worked well to stay cool. Overall great value for money - stayed here for a break from hostels and it's cheaper than most private hostel rooms I've seen.

It’s not quite on the beach. The beach is about a 2 minute walk, but it’s not beach front

Lovely views, it was really nice to relax in the hammocks. Room was comfy and cosy. No bugs despite the jungle location! The fan was really strong. A surprisingly good shower. WiFi was better than we thought it would be given other reviews. Staff were really nice. The man who checked us in was lovely and very helpful throughout our stay (I have forgotten his name!!). Good location close to food options. We booked a boat tour through the sweet jungle which was a really good tour.

The mattresses could do with replacing because they are rock hard. The netting in the bathroom had holes in so we did find geckos inside. You had to pay extra for air conditioning when you get there.
The man who runs it is absolutely lovely and is always recommending stuff to do, places to eat etc.

Nothing. Only "thing" is that there were dogs hanging all around (like in all Cambodia and specially Koh Rong), but there were very friendly, so no problem!
Ubication and room were really nice. We had a 2-night reservation and extended it! The staff was very kind and helpful. You can rent anything in there at great price: moto, boat... We enjoyed a lot the day boat trip.

The location is not the most pleasant, my first bungalow had the pipe of the sink broken, so they moved me to other bungalow which had a leak on the toilet flush. Dirty dogs stay in the reception and try to interact with you (which is normal for a dog, and I’m a dog person but they’re were really dirty). I found pricey for what it offers.
