Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. AustraliaMy stay here was lovely. Run by very friendly brothers, they were very helpful over the course of my stay, which I extended from 2 nights to 4. Downstairs has a nice street food style resto. Close to pub street, markets, etc. without being right in the main tourist area is great; you can walk there in <10 mins but can also leave the hotel without immediately being hustled by tuktuk drivers on the street. Room was clean and comfortable, and the shower hot water got up to a good temperature. Filtered water downstairs and a refillable metal bottle provided in the room. Electronic safe in the room too.

SingaporeWe had a wonderful experience thanks to the friendly and communicative owner and staff. Check-in time is at 2 PM, but we arrived early around 9 AM, and they were so accommodating - quickly checking if a room was available and allowing us to check in early without any issues. The prices are very reasonable. We were especially touched by their efforts to support the community, providing free water through a water filter machine. Overall, the owner and staff are kind, generous, and made our stay very comfortable.

Everything was spotless and well-maintained, with a pool, air conditioning, spacious rooms, a comfortable bed, and an excellent location. Truly outstanding value for the price. Excellent value. Very close proximity to Old market, Night Market, PUB street, street foods, Giant Ibis bus branch, banks, river and etc. In short, a very convenient walk of around 3-5 minutes to most amenities. The staff are all exceptionally helpful. There's also a 360 degrees view of the city from the rooftop and specially for those who like to watch the sunrise and the sunset. Some rooms have windows facing East or West so you catch the sunrise or sunset without leaving your room. The food is excellent specially the "fish amok". And when you feel hot after roaming the city or coming back from a tour, there is a swimming pool to cool off and relax. You'll be surprised at the excellent value of this hotel.

Absolutely loved this place! The pool was perfect for cooling off, the bed was super comfy, and the aircon kept the room just right. The location was spot on, close to everything. But what really made it unforgettable was the staff who were so warm, helpful, and genuinely amazing.

From the moment we arrived until the tearful goodbye, we were enveloped in a world of genuine warmth and impeccable service. The staff, were so friendly and helpfull. They will organise all your tours for you. The pool area provided the perfect escape after a long day of exploring, making it the ideal place to recharge and reflect. The restaurant was delicious and extremely affordable, but it is also walking distance from markets and pub street, so you can try all sorts of food easily. My stay at "Stay Siem Reap" wasn't just a trip; it was a memory I will cherish forever. I didn't just stay here; I was truly cared for. It's the kind of place that restores your faith in travel and reminds you what true hospitality feels like. I'm already planning my return.

You can’t get a better location. Short walking distance to markets and night food stalls. The property was clean and well looked after. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Stay Siem Reap just opened a couple of days ago, and from the very beginning, the team has been working tirelessly — from early morning until midnight. What truly amazed me was how happy and full of energy everyone seemed, despite the long hours. Curious, I asked them, “You’re working so hard, but you all look so joyful. Why is that?” They smiled and told me that their happiness comes from doing meaningful work — helping others, working from the heart, and growing together. The team shares experiences, supports one another, and treats every guest like family. Their kindness, humility, and sincerity are truly heartwarming. You can feel their deep love and pride for the project, and it’s inspiring to witness their commitment. What touched me most was their dedication to protecting the environment. They actively reduce plastic use, keep the surroundings clean, and provide free purified water for guests. I felt incredibly lucky to stay there — not just because of the hotel itself, but because of the people. They helped me understand the power of emotional intelligence, compassion, and community. The location is unbeatable — just a 5-minute walk to the Old Market and Night Market. The breakfast was another highlight; I absolutely loved the Khmer traditional dishes. The room was very beautiful and cleaned. They also support a local art school, which adds even more meaning to their mission. It’s clear that this is more than just a hotel — it’s a place where good values come to life. Without a doubt, I will stay here again.

CanadaThe central location was super handy. Warm, friendly, super-helpful staff made us feel like family, and they were very knowledgeable about all things Khmer, entertaining us with fascinating history and local anecdotes. It was a memorable, full-immersion experience that I will never forget and will treasure always. Having a restaurant on-site was a huge plus. Not only was the food traditional cuisine as well as dishes that leaned toward European palates, the convenience of eating right where we were staying was hugely appreciated after a long, hot day!
