There is no lift. However, if you need help with the luggage, the staff are more than happy to assist.

The location of the hotel is excellent, near to everything. There are three options for breakfast and they are all quite decent. The staff is the best part of the hotel - very welcoming, attentive and helpful.

There was a strange smell upon entrance to the room but inside the room it was fine. The biggest problem for me was the mattress- it was very indented on both sides and was not very comfortable

The staff at this hotel are really excellent. From the moment I booked to the moment I checked out, they were all so friendly and extremely helpful. They answered all questions through the booking app very quickly, booked a driver for us to visit Angkor Wat (and helped us when we got separated from our driver there), and always greeted us warmly when we entered the hotel. The hotel is in a central location close to lots of restaurants and cafes and it it easy to find transport through the hotel or by catching a tuk tuk on the street. Room was very big and bright, and the pool is lovely

Perfect location in Siem Reap, only a 5 mins walk to Pub street. The reception was so helpful, they recommended different tours and breakfast was generous and delicious! The room was incredibly spacious and clean. We also had our own balcony! We booked the floating village tour with them and I’d highly recommend (the guide was great and had some really interesting stories). Overall, perfect place to stay with everything you need! Pool was fabulous, and hotel has a nice atmosphere!

We were welcomed with a fresh cool towel, a drink and fresh fruits, which was very nice after our flight. The look and feel of the hotel and room is very relaxing and beautiful. The room is spacious and has everything you need. We also liked the attention to being environmentally friendly, e.g. there are tin reusable water bottles in the room that you can fill up in the lobby! The staff is very very serviceable and always look out if there’s something they can help you with. We want to say a special thank you to San, who jumped at every opportunity to make our stay perfect.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The rooms are so spacious, luxurious and I loved the furniture. A great place to relax. We stayed here for three weeks, we kept extending our stay because we loved it so much. At one point we stayed in a landmark room because the other rooms were sold out, the balcony was wonderful, but the rooms downstairs are great as well (they come with a little terrace). The outstanding feature is the shared outdoor pool, surrounded by lush plants and with comfy lounge beds. We ate at the restaurant several times, decent enough food. The whole atmosphere of the place is very nice. We're digital nomads and had to get quite some work done, this hotel is very well suited for that, good desk and mostly good internet. All of the staff are super kind, and Sopheap is amazing! This hotel has the best price-quality ratio that I found in Southeast-Asia.

11/10, our stay was amazing. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are big, lots of plants. Staff is extremely helpful and nice. Near to the Ankor Wat, Laundry service is quick and cheap. I had awesome khmer massage for just 15$, lady came to my room, it was awesome. I wish to stay longer than 3 nights.
