We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOur room felt a bit musty and the sheets were still a bit damp. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Tried to get rid of them as much as I can but there were just too many. If there was a window in the bathroom I think that would help the room feel less damp and maybe less mosquitos. The owner was nice and tried to accommodate us as much as she could.
The property was cute and charming. It has a lot of Cambodian details in their architecture which was nice. The location was in an area with lots of night life so you don’t need to go far for food or entertainment.
