The staff was nice. Room great. 2 swimming pools Restaurant was very good. We sent there during low season so there was no buffet for the breakfast. But the menu a la carte was good.

More western breakfast such as bacon and baked beans would be nice. There were flies in the restaurant at breakfast time which were landing on the plate.

The breakfast wasn't too great. Not a lot of variety. No kids area to play.

The location was good. Close to beach and to main town. Couldn't hear traffic so was good. Two pools, one on roof top, we liked but couldn't enjoy it because no kids allowed. But great views.

The room didn't had hot water which you would expect for the price. Even after mentioning it to the reception they couldn't fix this. The hotel was very empty when we were there, which felt a bit strange as it is a big place. The area is more a development site which takes away from the nice beaches.

The hotel was nice and clean. The facilities were good and the staff was very friendly. We had a room with sea view which was lovely. The breakfast was very good with a lot choice.

The shower was not hot…. The place lacks any atmosphere. The skybar was supposed to be open but no one was there serving and the aircon was off. We then went to the restaurant for dinner, there was no one there and it felt closed. We ended up taking our dinner and drinks to our room.

Nothing everything was nice and smooth from arrival to departure, I would have liked the pool staff / bar staff to come over more often offering drinks / food but this is a minimal thing.

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the breakfast and the food in the restaurant. The kitchen is not designed for a large hotel, the chefs could not cope, there were not enough seats, there was complete chaos during breakfast. If you order food from a restaurant, then everything is also sad there, the cooks cook not tasty, they tried to sell my little son half-eaten pancakes. Terrible

I did not like that the placement of the villas was through the resort, across a busy street, and down a driveway to get to. there was no hotel information in our room.

Staff was trying to be good, but speak barely any English and barely smile, the girl by the soup station in the restaurant was with a “hate” face expression all the time. Carpets in lifts so dirty that they stick to your feet. Pools are good but don’t expect the personnel to serve you, you need to come to them and ask for menu and for a drink, otherwise they won’t move a finger. The amount of ill-mannered Chinese tourists in this hotel is overbearing, and they smoke inside regardless no smoking sign. Restaurant food is below mediocre. So if they charged me the price of 3 stars hotel for this - I would give them 9 out of 10, but since they charged for 5 stars but delivered for 3 stars - I would not give them a high rating.

It was clean, comfortable, overall a good stay. Staff was really trying to be best they could, they are just not trained correctly. Very good pools. Rooms don’t smell, look new and well maintained. They use solar hot water supply - which was a pleasant surprise. The beach right across the road and it is probably the best part of the whole beach line right by the hotel.

The room was exceptionally spacious. It had a bath! We had a sea view as well that was absolutely lovely. The gym was fully equipped and the food was absolutely delicious.

Cockroach in the bedroom, breakfast food all cold and not heated, dining tables not cleaned after each customer, had to continue to ask for coffee and plates for breakfast...swimming pool didn't have a curfew so young children were screaming and jumping in the pool at midnight still and again at 6am...not good
