Otres village, once a 'quite area' has now been turned into a giant building site for Chinese financed Casinos and Hotels...this means the area is no longer pleasant to stay in. This is not the fault of the hotel...but it's unfortunate.

Unfortunately, it smelled like waste, you couldn't sit outside, maybe just a seasonal thing in 12/2024? Outdated photos (the restaurant is no longer there, moved about 5 minutes away)

Location. You need scooter to get out of there as early as possible. Otres village is dirty, full of trash and wild dogs. Check googlemaps city views.

The rooms were dated but don't take anything away from this place. It was clean comfy good tv and good aircon.

Very helpful and hospitable staff. Very warm and welcoming. Loved the atmosphere at the newer establishment as that is were we were dropped off by mistake. Loved the atmosphere so much booked back in for our return from the island. They have even stored our luggage for our return. Just so lovely five stars for effort to the customer.

Wonderfull run family guesthouse. They help you with everything, are super friendly and fun. Food is very nice. Relaxing place in not really pretty Sihanoukville. Highlight of the city.

The staff were so warm and welcoming to be around. They are like a family. They went out of their way to help us in any way they could such as organizing taxis etc. The food in their restaurant is gorgeous! Best chocolate cake I’ve ever had! Thanks for such a lovely stay 🥰

The City of sihanoukville is horror! It's full of empty Chinese buildings, we didn't find nice places to go. Only the beach is nice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The family run Business has one newer and one older place to stay. We stayed at the older one with a nice veranda. We could use The Pool and nice Restaurant at the newer place (2minutes walk). The Italian food was good. If you have to go to sihanoukville, go to Papa Pippo.

They clearly need to update their informations, on pictures you can see gas cooker and they call the room "studio" so you can imagine a little kitchen.. But you are not allowed to cook in the room, even if there is a sink, plates, etc.. And I didn't like they asking to pay in the middle of our stay (knocking at our room at 7pm).

Clean and nice personal even if they don't speak English. Nice pizza!

The surrounding area is a big construction site. Google Maps are not up to date. The restaurant has been moved to New Papa Pippo.

Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped for a room without a kitchen. A sink, a refrigerator, a kettle, some accessories. Free water, coffee and tea. Reliable wifi and AC.

A bit noisy cos of some poultry animal at the property. The rooster wouldn’t stop making noise all over the night. Light sleepers may have a hard time sleeping.
