Quite rundown, needs some maintenance. Could have been much better if it was just refurbished a bit.

The pool area was full of broken furniture and dirty. There wasnt enough places to sit for the 4 couples that were there. Old food plates, drinks and towels could lay around for days. We had the executive room with pool but it's on a corner so too noisy to sit there and traffic is all day and night. I never saw anyone clean our pool or the main one ever and they were full of leaves. Sometimes they would leave sprinklers on and the muddy water would run into the pool. Breakfast was a buffet for 5 of the 8 days we were there and it wasn't great..ran out of croissant, fruit, fruit juice toast, no butter, had to ask them to make coffee as the pot was empty. We often went and bought drinks outside as you could never find staff to order one. Far too expensive for what we got. Our booking said we would get a complimentary fruit basket but no one knew what we were talking about and we never got it. Otres beach is dirty and there is little there but lots of half built buildings...would not recommend.

The rooms were spacious and comfy beds. The shower was powerful. Bathrobes and toiletries were supplied. AC was good.

Only down side was the mosquitos....need repellent. However, it is rainy season so mosquitos were expected to be around.

I live in a remote room with a private pool, the pool was cleaned very rarely, there was practically no internet, the wi-fi router did not work. Television did not work at all.

Almost all the facilities are old, damaged and dirty. It feels like the hotel is 30 years old and no renovations have been done since. The pool and sun loungers are dirty and it doesn't make you want to swim. Around the hotel there is not much to do, almost no restaurants and no bars.

Cocktails are really cool!! The team is really nice and helpfull!

Very dirty, not well maintained. No beach facilities or lack of. Mosquitos. And let’s put it this way… I had the executive room and it was a dive. Very dirty, old stained furniture. Honestly. It COULD be a good property. It’s just laziness and a lack of intent and care that’s let it get to this state. There are so many things that could be better and easily. You have good staff, that’s the most important thing. You just need an owner that actually cares and can put some money into the place. Honestly it’s a big disappointment. The staff were lovely though.

Good location - opposite the beach, though need to walk across the road. Soft towels Coffee sachets and coffee mate in the room - I had to give some compliments 😂

Although Sihanoukville is a little bit unobvious destination in Cambodia, Sahaa Beach Resort is worth of recommendation. Service was good, staff really nice and helpful. Hotel has absolutely gorgeous lobby, very pleasant for evening coctail or beer. Rooms are ok, spacious, located in villas in the garden. Swimming pool, although rather small, is really nice

There is no any flaws. The only thing to keep in mind, that resort is located near busy street so it's better to bring earplugs if you are light sleeper. It's quite noisy during the night. Of course it's not hotels fault but just the tip :)

Very welcoming staff from the start. We felt really safe there 24 hours security at the enterance from the street. Reception works till 22 hours. Food in restaurant is really good considering low prices - you can have decent meal plus drinks for reasonable price. The resort itself is really green, clean relaxing. Beach is on the other side of the road. We had villa with private pool so it was perfect to dip into the water any time.

Sihanoukville is in a period of change - especially the main town area. Otres beach is a better area and the Sahaa Beach resort seemed to us to be the best of what was on offer here - not as glitzy as some (but they appeared empty). I suspect that the Otres area will continue to improve over the next years. If you are heading to Sihanoukville this is a good choice. Our room was cosy rather than expansive.

Excellent staff - all very helpful and friendly - creating a caring, almost family atmosphere. I couldn't be more positive about them and their willingness to help. The pool was nice and the public areas attractive and welcoming. The location, just opposite the Otres beach is excellent.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Chafing dishes had not been lit, so buffet food was all cold. Even the local rice porridge was cold!

Everything was very good, but the employees were just fantastic, especially Sokea, who was amazing: nice and very, very helpful. Also the manager was very nice and helpful. Sahaa Beach Resort made us feel in an oasis inside Sihanoukville. Thank you for everything!
