We liked everything: the nice, polite and helpful Staff, perfect location, delicious breakfast , reasonable price , and the hotel overall. We also enjoyed our lovely dinner at their restaurant. Nice to stay in a hotel that has maintained it’s old world charm ! Our room was huge with a balcony facing the street, and the gardens of another hotel. Great view!

The lobby to the hotel was certainly “regent” with its round carpet and chandeliers and this elegance was also mirrored in the bedrooms. The staff were all very gracious and as we had stayed here before, they all greeted us back with their charming smiles! Breakfast which was both a western and Asian buffet was scrumptious. We also had a few leisure moments which we spent at the outdoor pool!

AustraliaThe only criticism I have is that the pool hours were not enforced and so a very large and noisy family spent the very early hours of the day shrieking and screaming in the pool. We overlooked the pool and so it was very noisy. Given we had arrived late the night before after a very long flight we were woken at about 5:30 a.m by this noise.
Great location. Very clean hotel with good facilities. Breakfast was buffet style and catered for a range of tastes. Restaurant at the hotel was very convenient and food was good if not exciting. We had a pleasant stay/

PakistanWe have booked two rooms. The TV in one room was not working. I have made a complaint, they sent one worker and he told us that it would be replaced in the evening, but it was never replaced. In other room, we may not be able to increase the temperature of the room.
The Hotel was located at an excellent location. There are many shops and banks nearby. The tourist attractions are also not too far. It took 16 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and well-lighted. There is a big window in the room. The pool was also a good attraction in the hotel. The breakfast has variety, but there is no separate section of Halal food.

IndiaThe hotel lists a steam bath and sauna among the facilities. As per the staff, these have been out of use since COVID. We actually booked the hotel because of these facilities but were not offered any kind of compensation - we did point it out at check in itself and also wrote a message to the hotel to this effect. This was highly disappointing.
Breakfast was fine, some actual cereal would help in addition to rice puffs and cornflakes. The Asian part was well taken care of with freshly made hot soup. A little bacon and some proper marmalades would have been nice additions.

GermanyThe restaurants were not open, or partly opened only after we requested. The pool bar wasn't open. The breakfast was not acceptable for us only for chineses people, the coffee was very ugly, they were abkle to make a good coffe, but only after complaining, We had only two fruits and two marmelades, One sort onf cheese was offered on request, only pailn rive, vegtabes, fired rice and fied noodels were offered. They had offers for eggs. The 5-star hotel wasn't the status of 5 stars. The room was big size, it smells unfresh and we had Cockroaches in the bathroom.
It was close to the Angkor Wat, but far away from the city.
