The gym does not open until 9am, which does not make sense to me. People, at least older people like me like to exercise before they eat. Please open the gym around 6 or 7 am.

The staff members from, front office, housekeeping, F & B, the spa/massage were nice, kind, friendly, caring and attentive 10/10. They looked after us, made us feel like home. Thank you. The building is Khmer achitectural beautifully designed, fantastic pool and gym, the food and drinks were amazing. Sadly, the hotel would be more vibrant if tourism returns.

The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. They upgraded our room and even surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife & I! To top it off the staff came to our room to sing happy birthday; it was really nice. They were the friendliest staff that I’ve ever had at any hotel. The facilities was very clean and appealing.

We had a wonderful week long stay while we explored the ruins of Angkor Wat. Live entertainment each night, great breakfast, and a very attentive staff.

There wasn't too much vegetarian food available at the hotel for breakfast or other meals. It would be good to also include a few more vegetarian options to the menu, especially the breakfast menu.

The property was amazing. Loved the rooms and the pool. The hotel is close to Angkor wat and the other ruins.

There were a lot of mosquitoes as it is in very open space. Regular pest control is required. Band could be playing inside the hotel to have some gathering.

Overall, the customer service was great. No hassle in checking in. Swimming pool was big and clean. the breakfast was good. We had early breakfast as we got to catch eaely flight. Airport transfer was provided without any charges.

They have a Band playing every night except Wednesday from 7pm to 10:30 pm. We were placed in a room facing the pool and Band. We wanted to get some rest, and the music Bass was so loud that we had to asked to get moved to a quieter room. Room Service menu was the same as the bar menu....little selection.

Location is good for the tourist and Tuk tuk were readily available. Convenience store was close by to get snacks. Breakfast was great very good

No functioning restaurant apart from the bar ( limited food ). A/C couldn’t be controlled ( very cold ). Room Door was in poor condition and could be opened easily. Hotel caters more to Chinese guests ( breakfast buffet )
