It was quite hot at night, although we were here during the hottest part of the year (35°C). We had a standing fan in our room, but could do with Aircon.

Nice location and really good value. It's got nice seating in the restaurant area. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and even gave us some bananas on checkout! Toilets cleaned every morning which was nice.

The accommodation would benefit from some upkeep, for example the handle on our door was falling off and the mosquito net had some large holes in it. The hallway floor could have done with a good sweep and mop. No flipflops or slippers were provided so you have to wear your outdoor shoes in the shared bathroom as the floor is really wet after a shower.

The staff were really nice and super helpful in helping us organise a Tuktuk to go see the river dolphins ($15) and transport to Siem reap ($12.50 per person). The best thing about the Siem reap transport is we got picked up from the accommodation and dropped off at our Siem reap accommodation. A good central location in Kratie, walkable to the bus station and local food options.

My room (11) was so noisy due to wooden floorboards in room above. I could hear everything late at night, footsteps, squeaky door, singing and in the night- snoring. Also very poor lighting in room.

The room doesn’t have windows (only shades and a mosquito net) so the sounds from the outside are quite present. The neigbour’s rooster was practically living inside my room 😝.

Brilliant guest house. Great location. Room clean and comfortable. On-site restaurant serves great food and coffee. Staff very helpful. The owner arranged my trip to see the river dolphins, and the bus for my onward travel.

- one of the shower in the shared bathroom doesn't stay open (you just need to hold it open with you r hand) - no glass windows in the room, just mosquito nets so you hear everything from the outside - we saw and hear little mouse 🐭 in the room but I understand it's normal and can happen - room is a bit too shabby it could be improved

We had an airconditioned room with a private bathroom. For us definitely worth the upgrade. Considering the area not being very touristic we got what we expected. Facilities very simple but fairly clean. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

You have to choose - either air-conditioning or own bathroom, not both; this was not really obvious when we booked. Mosquito net was nothing we would like to touch and it was not long enough to serve the purpose

Well run, quite clean, owner very helpful (their restaurant was good and they helped us to organize the trip). We enjoyed the air-conditioning as the day was hot.
