Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

FinlandBasically nothing!
What can I say, the hotel and especially the staff totally exceeded my expectations! The room was very large with all the amenities you need, and I mean ALL. The restaurant and bar are great with a big enough selection to satisfy. For me having Kentucky Bourbon was a real plus! The breakfast menu is varied enough and very delicious and it's great to have it outside by the pool. The massages were great and very reasonable. The sauna facilities are quite good with changing rooms. All in all it's a great place to stay! I will definitely come back again!

AustraliaHad a fabulous stay at Men's resort. From the moment I arrived, Pierre and his team made me feel at home. The service I received was 2nd to none - the team couldn't do enough for me. They were able to provide some great recommendations on the best temple tours and booked them for me. The resort itself is very well kept and includes a sunny pool area, well equipped gym, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. It's in a quiet, peaceful area of Siem Reip but it is just a 5 mins tuk tuk ride away from the bustling town centre. The venue opens up to locals from the afternoon through to the evening time which is a great way to meet and connect with local gay men. I can't wait to come back.

The hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The outside area and the pool were well kept and wonderfully landscaped. The facilities are clean and everything was in working order. The food was delicious and the bar well stocked. I particularly enjoyed using the pool and having a massage. As a solo traveler it was nice to be able to meet with other guests as well as local people. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Pierre and his team were so helpful and able to organise my airport pickup and tours making my trip easy and hassle free. The drivers and guides that he uses are great and very professional. The location is a little out of the main town, making it more discrete for locals to visit and enjoy the resort as well. A tuk tuk into town is only $2 and there was always a driver waiting outside. It’s also possible to walk when the weather is cooler. I will definitely be coming back!

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the tranquil atmosphere, a welcome respite after a long journey. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym, a refreshing swimming pool, and a relaxing sauna, all of which were impeccably maintained. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the service. The owner and his staff were incredibly welcoming and prepared to help in any way they can. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Furthermore, the hotel was exceptionally clean throughout, from the lobby to my room. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay with top-notch amenities and outstanding service.

United KingdomThere was nothing that I did not like
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Men’s Resort. I had great communication from Pierre as soon as I booked. He arranged my Airport pick up the price for which was hardly any different to just taking a taxi. The location of the property is in a quiet backstreet however it only takes 15 to 20 minutes walking into the centre of Siem Reap, or alternatively five minutes in a tuk-tuk. They included breakfast each day was really delicious as were the meals I purchased from the hotel later in the day at a very reasonable cost The property is kept very clean , and what I did like was that my room was serviced whilst I was having breakfast each day. All the guys who work at the hotel are so friendly and pleasant it’s just a joy to be there. I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending the resort to any of my friends

United KingdomHelpful, friendly and welcoming staff. The room was beautiful and kept clean every day. The bar, pool and garden areas are beautiful, as is the rest of the resort. The resort is located on a quiet street away from any noise and it's only a short tuk-tuk ride into the town centre for $1. Or if you're just looking to stay in one place and relax there's no reason to leave, the food is good too. Local residents often visit in the afternoons and evenings too so you get to meet people who live here.

United KingdomWould prefare toast rather than baguette's for the breckfast ....
My 2nd time here and the hotel delivers all its promies's , you do need a tuk tuk to get to pub street buts its an enjoyable 5m ride which costs very little and you get to see a little more of siem reap, only 15m away from angkor wat , but if you want to just laze at the pool the pool bar food is excellent and the drinks are no more expensive that the bars , 1 of the nicest boutique hotels ive stayed in , lastly pierre and his staff go out of there way to look after you...Craig.

ItalyI had an excellent stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The staff is outstanding—always friendly and attentive. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the location is perfect, a true oasis of peace ideal for unwinding after long daily excursions. The services provided are very good: the SPA is a real plus that adds great value to the experience, and the pool is beautiful and well-maintained. The only improvement I’d suggest is updating the gym, which could use some modernization. Breakfast is excellent, featuring fresh and high-quality products—a great way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation and comfort. A big thank you to all the staff for the exceptional service!

United KingdomThe only thing they need to sort out are their TV channels. Not that I am there to watch TV but it is nice to have as background when in the room.
Quiet oasis to relax after a day of temples in the heat. Great spa and massage. Comfortable rooms. All staff extremely friendly. Whilst it appears a little out of town it isn’t with inexpensive and good tuk tuk service. Will definitely stay here again.

United KingdomLeaving it.
We gay men are so lucky to be able to stay at this oasis. Pierre runs the place so well and ensures the plants are very well looked after with the orchids replaced as the flower die back. The pool is beautiful and the other facilities are clean and excellent. The bar is well stocked and the kitchen produces first rate food with a menu changed daily. We ate in most evenings as the food was as good as any restaurant. The rooms are spacious, and clean and the whole place is imaginatively designed. The location feels a little remote, but actually it is a block back from the dual carriageway to the airport, so quiet, and is in Ana area of larger houses and gardens. There is generally a tuc tuc waiting outside, or a Grab (like Uber) will be along in a few minutes. The garden is well planted with so many different areas o sit either by the pool, by the bar, in the sun or shade or in a garden area by the pond. We stayed five days but could well have stayed more.

It was our first time to Siem Reap and Mens. Pierre and the staff did everything possible to make our trip to the city and the resort and incredible experience. The facility is beautiful, the location is quiet, but yet close to all the action. The services are complete. We will definitely go back during our next Southeast Asia tour and stay longer.
