We went for a waterfall tour but the hotel didn't allow us to borrow towels. It was raining every day but the hotel didn't allow us to borrow an umbrella for a short time use. These are minor things that may improve the service.

The location is great. It's in a quiet street but walking distance to the shops, the night market and the famous Pub Street where you find delicious food in a vibrant environment. Everyone at Memoire is friendly and helpful. Our room was good with a comfortable bed but I wish our window was not facing the other wall, which makes the room dark. The room is spacious and clean. It was raining every day when we were there, but we didn't have to go out to eat after arriving from the tour. The hotel restaurant is open till night time offering delicious food at a reasonable price. The breakfast was also delicious with lots to choose from. Overall, our stay was fantastic!

All great, exceeded my expectations.

What I liked most was the attention of the personnel, very honest and willing to help. I particularly thank Ni Roth for her guidance and making me feel welcome from the moment I made it into the reception. The facilities are well maintained and extremely clean. I sincerely recommend having breakfast there, it's been the best I've had in months. I think an upgrade in the gym facilities, on the weights part, would add extra value, as some guests like me pick the hotel by their fitness facilities, that goes beyond cardio equipment. What they have already is good to train upper body and cardio.

Nothing to do with the property but out in the street in front the Tuktuks can be a bit relentless in quiet season. Use grab to avoid getting ripped off. The property itself was great.

Very friendly staff. I came to Siem Reap without any plans and they helped me explore the city amazingly well. I felt very safe and got the best value for money. The location of the hotel is a big plus with everything easily accessible. Do not expect a 5 star facility, but everything about the hotel is a bang for the buck. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because early check-in and late check-out were included in the reservation. However, I had contacted the hotel several times in advance to confirm the timing, but I didn’t receive any replies, which made me feel a bit uneasy before check-in. In the end, they did kindly allow me to check in early and also accepted my request for a late check-out, which I really appreciated. The one thing that left me a little disappointed was that I was asked to write a review in exchange for the late check-out. Since it was already included as part of the booking, it felt like the review was being treated as a condition for receiving the benefit, which made me a bit uncomfortable. On top of that, I was specifically asked to leave a score of 10, which honestly felt a bit off. I understand that reviews are important for hotels, but I believe that in today’s world, it’s not just about the numbers—it’s about the actual experience. That’s why I wanted to write about this. If it weren’t for that interaction, I probably would have given a 10, because the hotel itself was truly lovely. The staff were all very kind and polite, which is exactly why this small issue stood out to me even more. That said, I’m truly grateful that they were flexible and allowed both early check-in and late check-out. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

The room was clean, the pool was spacious, and above all, the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious! I was so glad to be able to enjoy the buffet on my last morning in Cambodia—it made for a truly special moment. If you’re looking to relax in your room and enjoy a more resort-like atmosphere, this hotel might not be the perfect fit. But since it’s located right in the city center, it’s very convenient for sightseeing and getting around.

They were a little stingy with replacing the soaps and instant coffee. Fitness center not always air conditioned so you'd have to wait after it turns on for it to cool down. Some of the facilities are a little older. AC could be a little phrenic and hard to predict and seemed to take a break on its own sometimes. There's no curtain just an incomplete piece of glass that separates the shower so the floor can get wet and slippery. Overall the staff was great but my friend got a lot of attitude from the breakfast egg chef when ordering. Only unpleasant interaction.

Wonderful staff. Always very welcoming. Do a great job fixing things. The TV was broken in the room and they replaced it within ten minutes at night after bringing it to their attention. Wifi was good. Beds comfortable. Room clean. Room servicing was fast and routine. Things would be clean by the time we came back for a midday break after exploring temples. Good hot water. Pool seemed clean. Fitness center had basics, treadmills, weights. Some other equipment that seemed broken. Good location. About 15 minute walk to pub street. Close to a market, brown coffee, koi the. Breakfast selection is good with an a la carte menu and buffet all included. Some things rotated to keep things fresh day after day. Pretty well stocked until the closing time of the buffet around 10. They even prepared a basic breakfast to go plate on the morning we went to see the sunrise in angkor.

Really lovely hotel with excellent service. Huge rooms, lovely decor and an amazing breakfast with loads of choice. The pool is big and towels are provided. We had an issue with our room and it was sorted really quickly. All the staff were lovely and made our stay a great experience, Kimsinh was particularly brilliant and helpful.

Just to mention something, not that we minded but, they were renovating the building next to our room and therefore there was some noise to hear but we didn't mind it so much in the end.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Siem Reap. The location was perfect, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The service was excellent and all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our special thanks to Mr. Kimsinh, the Guest Service Manager, who went above and beyond to help us book a great tour to Angkor Wat and an Apsara Dance show with dinner. Thanks to him we could have front row seats to enjoy the show and the buffet dinner was very good as well! It was a truly pleasant experience and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap!
