A comfortable stay in a very good location. This is a charming small guesthouse with such friendly & helpful staff who are always smiling. The restaurant serves good meals for a very reasonable price. The sunsets over the Mekong are spectacular. Would definitely stay here again.

Stairs were very steep but the staff carefully mentioned care was needed negotiating them.

We were warmly welcomed on our arrival and given a cold glass of water. The staff were extremely helpful, they went out of their way to help us with transportation queries. The rooms looked homely plus I loved the local art work, they were clean, comfortable with consideration for sustainable use of bathroom products including drinking water in reusable glass bottles. The traditional meal of fish Amok was delicious.

The hotel was as expected but the staircase is very steep and I was quite nervous, especially to move our bags down. At times the staff did not fully understand our request from menu, but it was really not a problem.

The Le Tonle is a nice sized hotel and feels very safe, all the staff are very helpful and as this is a training hotel they ask for and receive feedback well. The food in the restaurant was all delicious and huge portions.

No manager or staff monitoring the outdoor restaurant area. So hard to get anyone for issues and ordering. Many times had to go to the front desk or the kitchen to ask for service. Many were trainees which were very helpful but this is a management issue. Have someone stationed at the tables please.

Nice, helpful people and a good location. Great service arranging excursions. Also we left an item and one of the staff tracked us down at the bus station. Don't have her name but a big 'Thank you!' The operate as a staff training and charitable organization which was nice to hear.

Minimal room in bathroom. But for the price it is fine. Very steep stairs to rooms.

This accommodation is as it describes. Staff are very accomodating. Moved our bags to and from room. Allowed us to leave bags while we went to see dolphins

Our 70 yr old mother was not crazy about the steep stairs. Wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Our ac was quite weak but they provided a good fan and had a repair man in the next day.

Staff were very helpful. Carried our big luggage up and down the crazy stairs. Good water pressure. Nice view of the river.

My trip was at newyear season. Which made most staff and service away. Breakfast fas reduced to omelet, cleaning only half,not doing bedsheets or changing bins. No safe in the room. Airco poor quality.

Great staff. Our room had a beautiful view of the river and we had access to a balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Very close to everything especially the ferry to the island. Sorya tours is right next door if you want a beverage with a view and want to go kayaking with the dolphins.

Restuarant service was practically non-existant. One had to go iinside to find someone to even place an order. Service training needed.

Located just across the street from the river, the outdoor resuaurant was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a good meal. I also appreciated the hotels eco-friendly .efforts
