Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Kingdom$6 Tuk Tuk each way from Kep makes it tricky to go back and forth. As it would soon add up but otherwise lovely!
The owners are both lovely, very attentive and kind and fantastic breakfast with homemade jams and yoghurt. Also we had a wonderful three course dinner. Lovely to come back and relax by the pool and watch the sun set over the fields. A little far out from the town of Kep - but you are right in the heart of the countryside, amongst the locals. We were even given some kefir lime leaves so I can make Fish Amok when I get back to the UK. Lovely stay! Can recommend.

United KingdomI found the sunloungers by the pool difficult to get in and out of but that is probably because I have had surgery on my foot).
We spent a week at Logis de Kep and felt almost part of the family. Sylvie was the "patronne" (so Kaet said with a smile). Kaet has worked as a professional chef and his delicious dinners were something to look forward to,. We had no transport but they organised a tuktuk one day to take us to the pepper plantation then round the countryside and down to the coast. Everyone we encountered gave us a smile. The weather in the first half of February was pleasantly hot - and there is always the pool to cool off in.

United StatesNothing — this is a wonderful place to stay.
Le Logis de Kep is the perfect place to come and relax during your visit to Kep. The bungalows are private, spacious and very comfortable. And as a bonus, there is also a pool to enjoy during your visit. I actually only left the resort once during my stay; it was so enjoyable just to relax on the property and catch up on my reading. The hosts are absolutely wonderful! The property is owned and operated by a husband / wife team and they truly compliment each other. They have put a lot of love into building this lovely, peaceful resort. There actually did a lot of the work themselves. Breakfast was included with my reservation and the hosts will also provide lunch and dinner if you request. Definitely stay for the meals! The hostess bakes some wonderful breads, she makes homemade yogurt and jams, and somehow she even finds the time to make dessert for the evening meal. The host mentioned he used to be a chef in a restaurant and that fact is obvious in his cooking skills. Between the two of them, all my meals were absolutely delicious! Kep is a quiet little town but Le Logis de Kep is the jewel of the area.

CanadaLe Logis de Kep was one of our favourite stays in Cambodia. The owners, Keat and Sylvie, are delightful and immediately make you feel welcome and at home. The breakfast is perfect with Sylvie’s homemade bread and jams, all served with local fruits and delicious coffee. Keat prepared and served us some of the most delicious food for dinner, always followed by dessert a la Sylvie. Our cabin was a perfect size and very comfortable. Everything was so charming and elegant in French country style throughout the property. Relaxing aside the salt water pool was lovely, do try the ‘massage a la le Logis de Kep’ at least once!

AustraliaThe host family is extremely welcoming and super helpful. The setting is peaceful and green. Meals are lovely. I had a bungalow right on the lily pond, which I loved. Everything is great but best of all is the people who run it. I will definitely be back.

IrelandA little hard to find. The signage to the property is a bit small. If your driver doesn't specifically know the place, have him call for directions - the googlemap location is wrong... It's close but it's wrong
Only 4 rooms, each unique, pretty and spotlessly clean. The garden and pool are beautiful and the owners absolutely wonderful people. Sylvie makes wonderful desserts. Her husband cooks the main course and appetizer if you choose to have dinner with them. We ate dinner there both nights we stayed.
